Words can cut you
Like the sharpest knife.
It'd be easier to kill
With a real gun.
See, when words kill you
They stretch around you,
Hold you like a vice,
And they never let go
Until you're beneath the water.
It's easy to let go,
To let those words take you over.
Let the water encase you.
It's ice cold
And yet so comforting.
Words kill much slower than knives
But the pain is so much worse.
And the killing of your soul
Is too quiet for the agony it brings.

PoetryI wrote some poems and I'll try to publish at least once a week :) Don't take them please, I will find you and take credit. Should I attempt to publish this as a whole book when there's like 80 poems in it?
