Eddie was walking home, cold biting at his cheeks and nose.

He jumped at a horn honking, and turned to see Aleks in his beat up red pick up.

The brunette leaned over and rolled down the window, screamo music making its way to Eddie's ears.

Aleks turned the radio down.

"Need a ride?"

Eddie shrugged, and opened the door, throwing his bag in the floor board.

He rolled up the window, then held his hands between his legs to warm them up.

"So are you alright? You kind of flipped and skipped earlier..." Aleks trailed, turning on his blinker to turn the corner.

"Yeah. Sorry about that.. I just remembered...that I...had a.. Calculus test?" Eddie muttered.

"Whatever dude." Aleks chuckled, his rings tapping on the plastic steering wheel.

As the cold air flushed out of the truck, Eddie noticed how much the truck actually smelled like the boy.

Like mint, Rue 21 cologne, and a slightly of cigarettes.

Wait.. why do I know what he smells like anyways?

True, in the past day he had spent a lot of time with him, but enough to realize his smell? And like it?

"By the way.. sorry about the uh.." Aleks gestured to his neck.

Eddie tensed, and rubbed his neck.

"Its..alright."

Well this isn't awkward. Eddie sneered to himself, staring out the window.

"So do you want to like..hang out?" Aleks asked, shifting in his seat.

"Uh, sure.. But not my house. I'm not allowed company until my mom gets back from her trip."

Aleks nodded, and pulled into a driveway.

"Lucky for us, my house is here."

They both grabbed their bags and hopped out of the truck, Aleks quickly unlocking the door.

"My dad's still at work. Probably will be until around ten..." Aleks started, dropping his bag on the couch as he trailed into the kitchen.

"Laney is probably at her job too. Dumb stripper.." Aleks muttered, walking back into the living room, handing Eddie a can.

"You still like Mountian Dew, right?"

Eddie nodded, and cracked the can open, dropping onto the couch.

"Whose Laney?" He asked. Last he remembered, Aleks' mom's name was Gina.

"Step-Bitch."

"When did your parents divorce?" Eddie asked, turning to look at him.

"They've been divorced since middle school."

"..Oh.."

"Its no big deal, really. Dad's just as busy as ever. Don't even see my mom anymore. She moved to New York and pursued her acting carrer."

"Aleks.."

"Yeah?"

Eddie sighed, and scooted closer to Aleks, placing his hand on the others knee.

"I'm sorry I haven't been around. I guess I just lost my way from you. And it sucks, you know? I missed out on so much of your life from being selfish and stupid...utterly stupid.." Eddie trailed off.

"Its fine. You're here now, right?" Aleks grinned, cupping Eddie's cheek.

Eddie nodded.

Aleks leaned forward, pressing his lips to the others softly.

I dont like this I dont like this I dont like this I dont like this I dont like this I dont like this I dont like him I dont like this.

Aleks pulled away, leaving their foreheads pressed together.

"I'm glad that you're back in my life.."

"Me too.." ..Not..
