A new breed of species have been introduced into our society, they are called Hybrids. The idea was proposed in 2003 in America for 'medical' purposes to aid in cancer prevention. They were created by injecting various types of animal DNA into regular humans and then testing how there bodies reacted and fought off different diseases. Of course there was trial and error, some people couldn't take the chemical change in their DNA and died, or the diseases that they would be injected with would deem to be to harsh for their bodies to fight off. So far there are only 33 Hybrids in the world. After being tested on for countless years, the scientists decided to have some of them go out in the world but still get annual tests and screenings.

Delilah and her parents moved to Korea after being released from the facility, but they still get tests and injections done by some scientist that fly all the way out their for her families 'medical' tests.

Baekhyun: age 25

Byun Baekhyun is an only child who is living away from his parents to go to college at Seoul Institute of The Arts. He is currently a senior and is majoring in music.

Delilah: age 20

Delilah just moved from america to welcome her new life as a korean citizen and to get away from all of the pressures that come with being a hybrid in America. She was recently accepted to Seoul Institute of The Arts, and will be starting as a freshman majoring in art.

Over the last 15 years, scientists have studied hybrids and their unique features that match them to the animal that they integrated into their DNA. For example if you were to have bird genes, you most likely won't have wings or a beak, but instead you'd have amazing vision, quick but clumsy reflexes, and an amazing sense of direction. If you had mammal DNA, then you will probably have ears and a tail and other features that match your animal.

Because of all the new and exciting things found with our mixed genes, the news got involved and quickly spread like wildfire. We weren't seen as 'cures' anymore but as expirements. Everyone got curious as the news got around the world, but as time went on, it started cooling down. That was when they let us go, to see how are bodies hold up to the real world. We didn't waste a second to leave that place. Even if it was all I knew, I thought that anywhere would be better than there....
