A/n: I'm super sorry about the shortness of these chapters, but please enjoy!

Policeman POV:

As I walk into the office, I see people going berserk. What in heaven's name is going on?

"Everyone, it's okay. Just a mouse!" I see my friend and boss, detective Connor, trying to calm down.
"Hey Grey, I can use some help. Get over here."

As I'm making my way to him, someone handed me a weird looking letter. It had no stamp and return address. I stuffed it in my pocket for later and helped find the mouse.

Afterwards, I suggest Connor and I go into his office.
"Hey, did you get any leads on the  missing children?"
"No, nothing yet. I feel like we're always one step behind. Leaving nothing behind, and what's worse, no one knows anything.

" Did you go through your mail yet? Some one might of sent important information to you."
Almost suddenly I grab the letter from my pocket and rip it open.

"What is it?"
"How many John or Jane Doe do we have dead?
"Surprisingly none. We haven't got any of those in the while. Why?"
Oh sweet baby Jesus! Before I can say anything, Connor grabbed the paper and starts reading out loud.

"Did you see what I have done? Probably not. You probably wasn't smart enough to figure it out. I'll help you. What is blue but only no one but you can do? If you are able to figure it out, I will tell you who was killed and you are one step closer to finding me. But really no one knows there name. No one knows they existed. But it gets boring with nothing to do. I want excitement! Have fun and tell no one. You don't want your family to get hurt, do you?"

"I don't think that was meant for me."
"You don't say?" Oh how the sarcasm flows.
"This stays between us, got it?"
"Duh."

What do you think? We know that wasn't the same letter as before. Any ideas on what happened to the first one?? (Starts rambling on about the possible situations. Grey comes in and drags me out.) G-g-grey! Stop! Goodbye my darlings!😹😹 Sorry that got awkward.
