Chapter 2

•Sera's  POV •
I woke up, I feel light headed where am I, why is it so dark
Why am I here, everything suddenly came into my head all of the events that happened.
I tried my best to stand up but the ground is shaking maybe we are inside a truck. There are little holes on the wall and I saw a shadow next to me.
I shook the body beside me to wake it up
“Laine, Laine  is that you? Laine?” I said as I carefully shake the body

•Laine’sPOV•

-flashback-

“Let-Go of ME!” I said as I struggled to get of the man’s grip
I saw Sera kneeling on the floor while holding her head. I bit the man’s hand but he didn’t even budge.

Finally he let go of me, quickly I ran to Sera's  side she’s unconscious.
I smell something sweet and my sight became blurry and I blacked out.

-Normal Time-

Where is this place, There is a girl by the pond no its not a normal pond it’s a puddle of blood. I moved near her and she looks like me but younger, her dress it’s soaking in blood.

“That is the real you” a voice said

“Huh the real me but the real me is me”

“That is our true nature, both of us are just a blood thirsty killing machine, I am part of you” the voice said

“Part of me? Who are you, Show yourself"

Suddenly a shadow appeared infront of me, my hand involuntarily reached into the shadow and my arm is slowly turning black.

•Sera's  POV •

While I was trying to wake Laine up, but she suddenly raised her arm, like she is trying to reach something in the air

"Laine please come back already,  please" I said as I held her arm

After a few seconds, she sat up her eyes are as wide as an owl she is breathing really heavy.

She is about to cry but I hugged her
"It's okay Laine I'm here " I said while trying to calm her down

I broke our hug "Before the celebration we still need to get out of here"

I stood up and realized that the truck stopped and I heard something

*creak**creak**creak*

And the doors opened, now I'm temporarily blind because of the light.

"Laine just stay near me" I held her hand really tight

My vision slowly returns, I see two no four men standing in the opening, they are smiling I can see fangs. Vampires

They are coming near us smiling

"One step closer or I'm going to scream" I taunted

"Oohh scary scream if you can" he used his super speed and he gripped my neck

" Laine r-run- go!" I said before he crush my neck

My vision slowly becoming blurred, suddenly my body hit the rough floor of the truck.

•Laine’s POV •
I watched Sera struggling in the hands of the man , I can't feel my body I'm so scared, I felt some dark aura and suddenly all of the men collapsed, I saw Jeremy standing beside Sera he carried her , he also helped me to stand up

"Laine let's go" he said with a smile in his face, I can still feel the dark aura but I didn't mind it

We started walking the long tunnel, and then my curiosity kicked in
