I had arrived at Hawkins about 3 days before today. As usual, was woken up with that annoying alarm my father had installed. Tired, and clumsy, I dragged myself out from bed and walked over to my closet. I had a variety of fashion to choose from and of course I wanted to make an impact on my first day of school. After a few minutes of searching I finally found something suitable and decided to wear it. It was some old fashioned, light blue jeans, with some sneakers and a light pink sweater. I thought the outfit was cute. I quickly combed my hair and walked downstairs with my backpack and carefully placed it on the floor by the door. Without saying anything, I took a seat at the table and waited patiently for my food. Well who am I kidding I was actually STARVING! "Lovely weather outside, maybe after you get home you could go outside and make some friends" my mom said. Of course my annoying older brother had to butt into the conversation and make matters worse. "Let's be logical here, Talia didn't have any friends back at home, why would she make some here?" the idiot said. "Leonardo! You do not talk to your sister like that! You know EXACTLY what'll happen" mother threatened. Mom was really scary. She was about 5'7 with dark, black hair with shoulder length. She has pale skin and she was Japanese. My dad on the other hand was probably the opposite. He was 6'4 with tan skin and brown eyes. His hair was also a dark brown color and he wasn't as intimidating as my mom was. Leon, my older brother had dark hair and a bit of a tanned skin. He was much taller than me, I'd say about 6' and he has my mom's eyes and also wore glasses. Me on the other hand, sort of have mom's eyes, I have long dark brown hair and tan skin followed by my brown colored eyes. Soon the food came and I had to contain myself from eating too quick. Dad took a seat and we all began to eat. "Remember what we talked about. No telling ANYONE about anything. You all know what happens and you all know better than to bring people into our business. Talia, be very careful of your surroundings. We moved here for a fresh new start, we can't ruin this and run again." She was very firm with her words, I knew she was serious.
