Chapter 11 (+16)

I just want to excuse myself. Life has been a roller coaster. I don't feel necessary better, but you know we can't just let life put us down and never get up. love you all. i wish this books get more attention with time and i get to earn some readers too. It's dumb but it would make me happy. I tried writing a longer chapter than what i'm used to. Hope y'all like it.

It smelled sweet and bitter. You know this smell with which you can either feel hungry for a hot coffee between your cold fingers as you stare into your loved one's eyes or drown into this addictive smell that will keep you awake for this long day that is coming. Either way i wasn't in that situation. It was almost time to eat so Kyungsoo asked me if i wanted to stop at cute restaurant to eat something. It wasn't a big place, most people were still eating breakfast. There come the strong smell of coffee filling my nostril.

Kyungsoo pointed at a small two places table at the corner of the place where we could sit. We slowly made our way there, waiting for a waiter to come

-How have you been? he asked me, taking off his coat.

-Humm, i have been overly great i think and you? How is your school life?

-I'm doing good and it's great, just boring. I'm there to get good grades so i don't really mind.

-Did you make friends there?

-Yeah, i could make you meet them if you want. They are fun to hang out with.

-Do you dad knows about it? i asked with a small chuckle as i remember the past.

-Yeah, but they have a good reputation not like the others, he smirked.

A cute waitress came and asked us about what we wanted to eat. I took some pancake with water and he asked for waffle and ice cream with some milk.

-You are sure you don't want any side drink? I will pay it don't worry.

-No its fine. i will only go with the water.

The waitress smiled and left with our command. After a moment, our food came and we ate, talking about the past with laughter.

We paid separately and left.

-It feels good to spend some time with you to be honest, i said sincerely with a smile.

-Same for me seriously. What do you want to do ?

He asked looking at me with a cute perplexed expression. Thinking about it, i needed to go and buy some stuff.

-Do you mind if we go to the malls?

-No actually, i needed to buy a book.

-Okay then let's go there.

-Alri-

He was cut by his phone suddenly ringing. I looked at the screen only to see his dad name writing. He smiled shyly excusing himself and got out of the car to take the call. After few minutes, he came back and smiled at me sadly.

-Hey, i'm sorry but my dad needs me right now. Let's hang out soon another time. Where do you want me to drop you off ?

-It's fine ! Don't worry! Just drop me at the mall since its not that far from here.

-Are you sure ? I could drive you home, my dad would understand.

-Hey no it's fine. I have to buy some stuff anyway so let's call it a day and like you said we can always hang out another time.

I finished the conversation with a smile and a wink. He shook his head as he grinned and drive to the mall.

As we got here, he dropped me off and left.
