✨The best un-planned date.

The boy whom I was in love with for the past 2 years had finally asked me out on a date. And you know how it feels when you get asked out by your crush. Everything seems beautiful and the world just seems to fall into place. Flowers seem more prettier and the colours, more brighter. Suddenly, red becomes your favourite colour.

Our date wasn't anything extra, just a simple meet-up at CC Jitters (a coffee shop). He was to meet me at 7:30 p.m therefore, I, not wanting to make him wait for me already reached the place at 7:25. The waitress came to me, but I told her that I was waiting for someone. I kept fixing my hair and checking my makeup. I wanted to look perfect.

After 15-20 more minuets the waitress came back. I again told her that I wasn't ready to order anything,yet.
'He must've gotten stuck in traffic' I told myself.

The clock now showed 8:15. Fifteen more minutes and an hour would've passed by, me waiting for him. I could sense different sets of eyes, eyeing me apologetically. Little did they know how humiliated I was starting to feel. I couldn't believe I got stood-up by my crush. I had started to feel worse and worse by every passing second. Just before I decided to get up and leave, this boy, whom I've never seen in my life before, showed up. He had blonde hair, and a deep set of blue eyes.

He sat down opposite to me and loudly explaining said, "Sorry I'm so late babe, traffic is crazy right now" at the end of which he quietly says, "I'm Niall, just go with, yeah? Whoever didn't bother showing up is an arse."

Now I don't usually talk to strangers, yet, here I was on a fake date with one. I decided to go with it because he was being sweet and trying to save me (bonus point, he was super cute).

The rest of the date went really good. It was strange how well we bonded and as we were leaving the place, after the best non-planned date ever, he asked me out for real this time.
