"No he isnt an angel anymore he lost his grace."

"Wait so angels are just humans with grace? So I could become an angel if I stole their grace?"

Sunmi looked a jae with widened eyes.

"I never thought of that"

"See I just started the tv show and get it. Guess I'm just that smart"

Jae smiled.

"Oh shut up jae. It's not like supernatural is hard to understand"

She looked a her phone screen her shoulders hanging.

"I hate that we have to skype. I'm so lonely here"

She sighed going through her hair with a hand.

" I know. But it's your fault for being with an overly jealous guy"

He laughed with a sign of bitterness in his voice.

" Is everything okay between you two? I know it not my place to ask but you don't really seem happy"

"I"

She stopped remembering that no one was allowed to know about their contract.

"no. I mean I love him but he's just really stressed these days"

She answered with a sad smile.

In that same moment, next to her slightly open door, mark was listening to her.

His hands were balled up to fists as he was trying to regulate his breathing.
Who was she talking about? Who did she love? Was there someone he didn't know about?

" I'll call you later byee"

With that she opened the door to a startled mark.

"Ehm.. hey"

He scratched the back of his neck.

" I wanted to talk to you about something. But can we sit down somewhere first?"

Without answering she walked past him to sit down on the couch.

"Okay so our worldtour is starting in a few days and.."

Mark pov

"And that means I won't be home for a few months so I wanted to tell you.."

I was about to tell her that we won't be able to see each other during that time as she started smiling. Why? Did she want to meet her lover while I'm gone?

"That you should start packing your bags"

Her eyes widened. I didn't know what I was saying either but the thought of being here all alone with another guy was driving me insane.

"Okay"

Her voice was monotone. So damn hard to read.

"Ah one question"

She looked at me with sparkle in her eyes, that sparkle she used to have back then. For a moment it felt like I was talking to my girlfriend again.

"Will jae be coming with us? You know.. as my bodyguard"

There it was. The reason for that sparkle. It wasnt me anymore. Now it was someone else.

"Yes he will be with us but mostly just during the concerts"

She tried to hide it. Hide how happy she was. But lying had never been her strong suit. Maybe i should listen to Henry and just get over with this. She'll be happy as long as she doesnt remember. Thats all that matters after all.
