I Know What You Did

It Was All So Sudden

Saturday June 4 2:54 am

Sam decided that the situation was too awkward and decided to leave. 

"Chloe, Alex, do you mind if I talk to Dean ALONE for a few minutes?" asked Kelly. It was more like a demand for us to get lost.

We were standing out in the feild for about 4 minutes when suddenly the barn rose up in flames. 

"WHAT THE HELL!" yelled Alex. "WHAT IS GOING ON?"

All I could do was just stand there and watch. I was frozen. Time seemed to be moving in slow motion. Nothing that was happening kicked in until Kelly ran out of the barn and grabbed my arm, yelling "WE HAVE TO GET OUT OF HERE."

"What about Dean!?" Alex asked. 

One scream from the crowd of people and everybody turned to look at the flaming barn. Everyone started running around like mad, wondering what had happened. People were pulling out their cellphones, all trying to call emergency at once.

"Just follow me!" yelled Kelly.

We got into the forest and I noticed tears streaming down Kelly's face. "Kell, what's wrong? What the hell just happened?" I asked. I didn't really want to know the answer.

Through chokes and sputters, Kelly replied "Dean asked me to get drinks for us, and he totally ditched me for Samantha and took her to the barn instead of me. Scott told me that he had come out here, so I came to find him. I got so angry walking in on him with another girl, I just blew up. I couldn't control my anger, I was just so furious, so I grabbed his joint ...and I threw it to the side of the barn. I started yelling at him and then.." Kelly started bawling. "It all happened so suddenly, I really didn't mean it."

All of a sudden, we heard sirens.
