Had she ever thought this through?

Had it ever crossed her mind?

Was it there in her bucketlist?

Had she ever thought that this might happen in the future?

The answer to all these questions were 'No.'

Never in a million years did she thought that this might happen to her.

She was and had always been the type to wander alone,who wanted to be alone,who wanted others to stay away from her,to mind their own business and let her live in peace.

But when she saw the sight of one family being gathered together after such a horrid incident,it made her heart melt and gave her a feeling that she had never felt before.

She had gone through her life,never had she felt the love she wanted from her family.The same goes to her past love life.

And from that,she had given up on love.And trust.

But when she saw Mina and her sisters re-uniting after a long three stressful days,it made her want to have someone in her life.Someone who won't leave her,someone who'll stay no matter how hard it was to love her.

Someone who will love her to no end.

And by someone,she couldn't think of anyone else but her damsel.

"Oh yeah,it's really weird to see you dozing off at work.What's happening to you lately?"

Dahyun.

"I'm fine."

Intruder alert.

"You don't look fine to me at all.You even skip work yesterday,what's with you?Where's the workaholic Ms.Son?"

Shaking her head,she only closed the file and stood up.

"It's nothing."

It wasn't nothing.But it was fine to label it as 'nothing' rather than telling Dahyun.

Leaving work so soon,it was so not her.But what could she do if her heart misses that person constantly?

When all her mind could ever think of was her?

She's going to get overdose if this keep on.

Without much thought on what she'll do next,she made her way home.Where all her troubles and feelings settled,where she wanted to be.

And as cringy as it might sound,she half-expected a warm welcome when her feet stepped right inside her own house.

But her expectation quickly dropped when the lights to her house was all out and she was only met by the darkness.

And she grew worried right away.

Her heart thumping loudly and fastly with such an abnormal speed.

Was trouble following them again?

Not again.

"M-Mina?"

She called out.

When she didn't get the response she wanted,she grew even more worried.

Thinking the same thing might repeat again.

She picked up the nearest object she could find,and waltzed her way to the living room.

The tv was on,yet there was no one watching it.

And what she heard next made her felt at ease,her worried driven away and she could finally relaxed ger tense shoulders.

She could hear a faint snore coming from the comfy couch.She knew that it was Mina.

The kids were all out to school.

So who else could it be than her?

She put down her temporary weapon and made her way to her sleeping beauty.

And her heart almost leap out from her throat due to the cute sight.

There,she saw Mina sleeping gracefully on the couch,her head tilted a little to the side,and her arms wrapping around the fluffly cushion as she hugged it tightly to her chest.

Too hard to resist.

Too hard to just smile away.

Too hard to contain herself.

She knelt down and decided to take a look at her face close-up.

So beautiful.

She traced the girl's face with her fingers,from her forehead to her nose and to her lips and chin.

It won't hurt to taste those lips.

And she slowly leaned down,her lips puckered out as she stole a kiss from her sleeping beauty.

She felt that tingling feeling again.

Her heart filled with love and contentment.

She pecked the girl's lips yet again,smiling everytime as she did.

And she jolted up a little when the other girl suddenly move,her half-lidded eyes looking directly at her.

And just when she was about to explain herself and blabbered nonsense,her damsel threw her beautiful gummy smile at her and slowly stretched out her arms as if she was silently telling her that she wanted a hug.

God....

She then quickly crouched back down to give the girl a hug that she well-deserved and timidly whispered.

"I-I'm home..."

It was only two words for goodness sake,but it didn't stop Chaeyoung from blushing a deep red.

She engulfed the girl with a more tighter hug and buried her face on the crook of her neck.

Why were they acting like some married couple when they didn't even get to become lovers yet?

Too much thinking.

Too much emotions.

She didn't wanted to think anymore,she just wanted to drown herself into her damsel's love.

Even if it did end up as being drowning herself in poison.

For now,she'll just enjoy the moment.

Even if the girl was still half-asleep.

"Welcome home."
