Contractors: A person with a special ability or abilities, and an assigned life-star. They are extremely dangerous because they have no emotions. Contractors are killing machines in human skin. They think rationally and only do what benefits themselves.

Dolls: people with no emotions or will of their own. They do what they're told. They have what are called Specters that allows the Doll to see or spy on their intended targets. They aren't as dangerous as Contractors or Moratoriums unless they are see with one.

Moratoriums: people who are in between Contractors and Dolls. They have emotions and are unaware of their ability or abilities. They typically lose their ability or abilities and turn into Dolls. But there has been a few cases where a moratorium's ability or abilities fully manifest and they turn into a Contractor.

Specters: used by Dolls to see or spy on a target or targets. Some dolls can only use their Specter if they are touching a clear surface such as glass or water. Specters can only be seen by Contractors and other Dolls.

Life-star: When Hell's gate appeared the real stars vanished and were replaced with the Life-stars. Each one represents a living Contractor. Once a Contractor dies, the star falls.

Hell's gate: located in Japan, is where most Contractors came from. It was built ten years ago during the time before Heaven's gate war.

Heaven's gate: located in Africa, it's not for what reason it was built. But the area surrounding Heaven's gate is inhabitable.

Heaven's gate war: the war in which Pi, Hei, Rosa and ever Contractor fought in. Also the last place Hei, Rosa and Pi all saw each other.
