People get to comfortable with you.
Thinking they can cut you down claimin' it's a joke.

Making everything about you isn't gonna help you.
Sometimes you gotta be cold.
Cutting everyone off and being to yourself.
Trying to focus on your mental health.
Not being ok with your insecurities.
Fighting in you head every day...
And for what..
Because you can't live up to what others look like.
You ain't thick?
You ain't the light skin with the pretty hair?
You don't have a curl pattern?
And yet you still feel like a piece of crap!
Cause they said this is what you need to be beautiful...
Sometimes you gotta be cold.
Figuring out that everything you've worked for.
Can just be pulled away from you and a matter of seconds.
All the love you put in a person could mean nothing to them.
Learning that they've been doing you wrong the whole time.
Talking to Kara instead of you.
Being in love with her and you.
Making you confused about your heart.
Should I stay or go?
Save my heart or face the music?

Having someone constantly doubting you.
