Dorian sat in the car beside Amara as they drove around Ulna. He was pointing out the different sights to her as they headed to get her marked. He had plans on actually stopping and showing her the sights once she was. He wanted to get her familiar with the land and the different tracts. It would take some time, but he at least wanted to show her the points of relevance and entertainment in the tract they lived in.
They had asked Adina if she wanted to go, but her mother had been much more interested in roaming around the house and the grounds.
Amara was like a kid in a candy store as he pointed out the different buildings to her. Her eyes would light up and a smile would spread across her face. It gave him a sense of pride and peace to be able to witness the wonder that took over her.
Dorian was taking her to Frederick. He was a marking specialist. His family had been for the several generations. He had taken over the business when his father had retired. For a long as Dorian could remember the Slade family took all of there employees there to be marked.
"Dorian." Amara called in the soft voice of hers that often had him trying to restrain himself from taking her.
"Yes, Bébé?"
"Will the marking hurt?"
Dorian thought about it for a moment. He knew that it was different for each person. He had his family crest on his right pectoral. He'd had it since he was sixteen, so he couldn't remember exactly how it felt.
"It may, but I'll be there with you the entire time." He told her. She nodded smiling at him.
The car came to a stop and he looked out of the window. They weren't at their destination and by the looks of their surroundings they still had about fifteen minutes before they would get there. Looking straight ahead of them, he saw that they had encountered some traffic.
Sitting back in the seat, he turned his attention to Amara. She had her elbow resting on the door rest, with her chin propped against her hand. She was looking out of the window and she looked absolutely breathtaking. Dorian tried to recall the last time he had kissed her; because he immediately couldn't, he reached over and pulled gently on her arm to get her attention.
When she looked at him, he beckoned her to him. She slid over in the seat and he turned taking her face in his hands and leaning down to kiss her. The kiss was slow as the car moved the slightest bit before stopping again. Sliding his tongue along her bottom lip, he asked her for entrance.
He did his best not to dominate her whenever they kissed, but it was damn hard. He wasn't used to having to ask for anything, but he was doing his best when it came to Amara. He didn't want to push her too fast, but he knew he would crack soon.
Dorian bit her bottom lip gently. When he released it, he removed his hands from her face and placed them on her waist before pulling her into his lap. This was dangerous, but with them being almost at a standstill in traffic, he figured it would be fine for the moment.
His hands went under her shirt at her waist, squeezing them gently. Her body was warm and he wondered if he was the reason for it.
As his tongue explored hers, she began to shift in his lap. At first he thought it was accidental. However, as she continued to do it, he had to squeeze her sides and pull away from the kiss. His gray eyes locked with her brown ones.
"Bébé, if you keep moving like that, I'm going to have a hard time behaving."
He watched as she bit her lower lip and nodded her head slowly. He didn't miss the desire haze that filled her eyes. His girl may have been shy and inexperienced, but it didn't mean she was immune to her hormones and wants.
