When the Doctor woke up, he had assumed it hadn't been much later. Due to the sky being only slightly darker. He stood up looking around; he could see a light flashing in the distance. They were peeking through the trees and slowly moving in his direction.

The Doctor scrambled up and began running to where he had seen the TARDIS crash. He turned his head back and forth, trying to keep track of the light and also search for his time machine.

"Where are you, beautiful?" he whisper, jumping between trees. He came upon the machine and saw her looking perfectly fine. "Of course. You throw me out to get scratched up, but you end up fine." He opened the doors and walked in.

The Doctor walked over to the panel and noticed all the fried circuits. He brushed a hand over them sadly.

"I guess you didn't come out unscathed, did you, beautiful?" he said solemnly. The lights blinked weakly. "I have to go and find out when and where we are, because I don't think either of us is in any shape to go any where." The Doctor pressed a couple buttons and grabbed his screwdriver. "Stay safe, sexy," he ordered walking out of the TARDIS. When he turned around and closed the door, he hoped no one would be able to see her. That his modified perception filter would work.

The light he had seen earlier had grown closer, but it had separated to many sources. In a spike of adrenaline, the Doctor ran left of the lights; he knew from his many adventures, you never run straight ahead.

Though, he didn't even get very far, before he ran into two objects.

"Ow..." one said. The doctor leaned up off them, and looked to observe what he had hit. Both were human; one had shaggy hair and tanned skin, while the other had a buzz cut and pale complexion. The doctor looked at the pale one for a moment.

"Well aren't you a fine specimen," he said.

"Uhhh.. Thanks man..." he replied. "Mind getting off of us?" The doctor jumped up.

"Of course sorry," he said, avoiding eye contact. The two others stood up and looked at the guy oddly. They'd never seen him before.

"What are you doing in the middle of the woods?" the tan one asked. The pale one looked excited.

"Are you looking for half the body, too?" The Doctor nodded his head without thinking.

"Uh yeah," then he processed what was said. "Wait what? Is this a normal thing for you?" Maybe he hadn't ended up on Earth, just a planet similar. But the TARDIS would never lie to him.

Before he could get an explanation, he was being pulled up a hill and fell behind a small branch on the ground. The two strangers followed suit. They looked and saw the lights the Doctor had seen earlier, but this time he could see the people holding them.

Suddenly the buzz cut one got up and started running. His friend tried to grab him, but missed.

"Stiles," he whisper yelled, also getting up. The Doctor looked concerned.

"Does he always do idiotic things like this," he asked following suit. The two chased after the one known as Stiles, until the doctor saw the people getting closer and he grabbed the friend and hid behind two trees. A dog started barking and scared Stiles. Still, the Doctor and the other boy stayed behind the trees, chest heaving while he tried to catch his breath.

"Stay right there!" a voice yelled.

"Hang on, hang on," another said. "This little delinquent belongs to me." There were a few seconds of silence, assumed to be Stiles standing up again.
