After finally escaping certain death once again, the Doctor started up the TARDIS. Flying through space and time, they crashed into something. The Doctor fell and cried out in pain. Something was happening, and they began to worry. A few pipes burst and lights flashed. They were falling to a planet; a screen read earth.

The Doctor stumbled around the control panel. They could feel the change. They grasped a piece of paper and pen, and began to scribble down what they wanted to say. It was hard to do so with all the wiring of the TARDIS sparking.

"Why must this always be so difficult?"  Their wobbled hand wrote. "I hope to be better this time, to be more innocent. All the things I've learned, they're nothing compared to the expanse of the universe. Though I've nearly seen it all. Don't take things for granted doctor. I'll shall not forget it. Maybe this time the doctor will be able to hear again." Just as they completed their sentence, The doctor began to regenerate.

They fell to the ground and light filled the room. They screamed in fear and pain of it. As they said, it was never easy; especially when the TARDIS was falling apart first. They rolled on their back and sighed out their final breath as the doctor. A bright light surrounded them, then faded slowly.

When the doctor finally inhaled again, he jumped up to see the TARDIS in disarray, and it was only getting worse.

"Why couldn't this be one of the easy times?" he asked himself, but his eyes widened at his voice. "Holy Christ, I've become a teen!" He rushed to find something to look at his reflection. As he stared at the screen, the TARDIS gave a jolt, and he fell. He jumped back up and looked again. "Thank goodness, I don't look like a fetus."

Just as he said that the room slanted side ways, and the Doctor fell to the wall.

"Ow," he croaked. He pushed up from the wall. "Why does this always happen when I'm inside?" the TARDIS beeped. "Oh, no, don't you-" the TARDIS opened it's doors and the air began to vacuum out of the TARDIS. "Dare!" he held on to a pipe, with all the strength he had. "Come on!" he shouted. The TARDIS beeped again. "What do you mean we're going to crash?" his finger slipped and he flew towards the door. Just before he landed on the ground, he saw it fly into a couple of trees. "No," he whispered, his vision blurring and finally blacking out.
