Chapter 2 - A Man Named Ray

-16 Years Later-
A man running into the alley, his breath is ragging and He really panicked.
He knocked down everything on his way, hoping it will stop his pursuers.
Several of them stop pursuing him, but it doesn't work to one person.
Even that man threw something to her, She can avoid it easily.
His vision can't catch her movement anymore, She moves too fast.
He keep running but finally He met dead end, He was totally trapped.

The girl cornered him and told him to give up but the man won't listen to her and attack her instead.
She avoided his attack then She kicked his jaw until it break.
While He is in agony, She slowly approached him and took out her knife.
She appoint it on his neck, threat him if He struggled again She will cut his throat.
He nodded while He cried.
She pulled away her knife and several men in black suit approached them.

"Good job as usual, MC!" said one of them.
She nodded and return to the car while the men arrested the injured man.
They put him in another car then they left the place.

-Headquarters-
After they arrived at the headquarters, MC went to her room first to take a shower.
She needs to clean herself before She met Boss.
After She cleaned herself, She headed to the main hall.
Before She reached there, She saw a man wandering on the lobby.

He seemed so suspicious, He wears a purple flashy clothes and his hair is white with fade pink on the tip.
He is wandering and peeked into every single of the rooms on the lobby.
Without asking anything, MC caught one of his hand and locked his movement.

"Who are you? I never seen you before..
Are you a spy? State yourself if you want to get out from here safely." said her.

"Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Who are you?! What are you doing?! That's hurt! Let me go!" He tried to shake her off but it failed.
She didn't loose her grip until She heard someone that She knew well called her.

"That's enough, MC! He is not a suspicious person, He is with us.
I guess this is your first time meet each other. MC, this is our informant, Ray.
He had been working for us for three and a half year and this is the first time He comes here."
After Boss introduced him, MC loose her grip and letting him go.

"Jeez! What the-?" He stopped nagged as He is looking at MC.
"Ray, this is MC. MC is the person that I trust the most."
MC bowed down then She apologized, Ray only nodded as the response.
After they known each other, they followed Boss to their main hall.

MC saw the man who She caught earlier there.
He has been tied and two men bring him in front of Boss and told him to kneel.

"Hello, finally we meet again. You are such a troublemaker.
You make me mobilize a lot of subordinates just for looking for you.
Now, will you give me back what you steal from me?" asked Boss.
The man can't talk and Boss just aware that his jaw has broken, He command his men to fix it first.
After they attached it, the man told him that He still has the cocaine, He hid it in his secret place and He plan to sell it to his friends.

Hearing his answer, Boss smirk a little then responded him.
"Hmm.. Then, I will give you a chance.
Bring it back to me and I will let you free, I will forgive you and forget this had happened."
The man agreed then Boss give his men signal to let him go.

As the man headed to the exit, He hit the men who escort him and He took one of their gun.
MC took out her gun but the man took Ray as hostage and pointed the gun on his head.
"Put down your guns or else your precious informant will die here!!"
Ray can't do anything reckless since his life in danger.

MC looked to Boss and He nodded, MC put down her gun on the ground.
The others don't dare to move except her, She approached them slowly.
"You! Who told you to move! Wait, you are the one who break my jaw!
Good, keep move forward so I can explode your head more better!!"

He aim his gun to her head and He shoot but the bullet only grazed her cheek,
then He shoot twice but none of them hit her.
Damn, why I can't hit her?! thought him as He began to panicked.
"Hmm? What's wrong? Don't tell me, you're suck at shooting?" threat her as She glared at him with her golden eyes.
Her glare looks like a wild animal who ready to hunt it's prey.
The man shivered and MC ran with her full speed.

The man kept shooting, spend the bullets till the gun runs out of bullets.
Without He realized it, MC already stand in front of him and with the speed of lightning She cut off one of his hand.
He screamed and let Ray go, MC pulled him to behind her.

"You foolish. Boss already give you a chance and you discard it."
From behind, She heard Boss applause while He is laughing.
"Well done, MC! As I expected, you never disappointed me!
It's a pity.. I sincerely give you a chance.
Usually, I won't give any chance to traitors but since you throw away your last chance, you know the result, right?"
The man trembled in fear then He tried to escape.
MC chased him, She run and moved in front of him.
She swing her knife to his neck then the blood began spurt from the wounds.

His body falls and He doesn't move anymore.
"Ah, I forgot to tell him that we already found the cocaine which He hide. Well, He is dead already."
Boss left the place and told his men to cleanup the mess.

MC still remained in main hall with her clothes which drench in blood.
*sigh* I just showered and this happen. I guess I must take shower again.
"Hey, are you o-?" She turned around and saw Ray already fainted.
"Hey, Ray. Wake up." She tried to wake him up but nothing happen.
....Gosh. He is so troublesome.
