Each story starts off somewhere, whether it was one's birth or the audition of a character for a play. There are many different beginning and ends to many people, making it impossible to know how you, your cousin, or your enemy will begin and end, so take life slow and don't ever rush or you could take it fast, but it doesn't matter, this is your story, take life as it is.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The early morning air trilled softly with a gentle murmur of birdsong and the frigid leaves of new growth held the sparkling eyes of the morning's mist.  The cry of joy heard resembled the chittering laughter of small children belonging to the many realms and peoples of times then and now.
Separate from all this noise and the trumpets that blared, a soft coo, coos and cries of one special little girl, a girl average and small, blonde hair and amazing eyes that shone like the sun.  A face pale and skin soft as most little girls are.  Her family was well liked and a father who loved her oh so dearly.  A girl who would one day change more than the present moment but we won't trail into those confusing details...yet.
This little girl, named Fawn by her parents, grew up to be a beautiful young woman, one with ratty hair, scars, bad breath, and best of all!  No feeling to apologize for improper dinner table habits.  Yes, indeed she was a very beautiful girl, especially for the battle's eye.
Fawn was what some people called a Hybrid. Her mother, went by the name Vixen, as far as known species, she was a Fae. Her father, on the other hand, was a high elf, born of royalty, publicity, and knowledge.  One of the decedents of an ever powerful mage, back when their populations were prosperous and the times weren't so difficult.
That meant that young little Fawn would have been the perfect sorcerous, but her parents had not known the amount of power their only daughter held, at least, not until she was four years old. Until then, they would just have to wait until the day came when they would be taken away from their beloved daughter, away from their home just outside the palace walls. Fawn would lose her parents and be taken away from the one parent who loved her. It was Fated to be so! Nothing could be changed in the fact!
At least, that's what Fate thought...
