Chapter 10

I turned the corner and saw Jack and his friends by Jacks locker. I was about to run up to him, but I heard something I wanted to listen to.
"So dude, how's Sky?" A guy asked.
"She okay, I still want the money for the bet. It's been a month, and you guys said you would each pay me 50 dollars" Jack said.
What bet?
"I still can't believe you agreed to that dare. And we all will pay you once you break up with her" A guy said.
"I was like 'Yo jack, Truth or dare' and you were like 'dare' and we were like 'Make Skylar Alcan fall inlove with you and then break her heart" a random guy said.
My heart fell to the floor.
He never loved me? I was just a bet?
I walked by and made sure that Jack saw me.
"Hey babe wait!" He shouted. He grabbed my arm and pulled me into his chest. I shoved him off and started to walk again.
"Skylar wait!" He screamed. I started to walk faster.
"Hope you enjoy your money Jack" I said bluntly, turning around to slap him and walked off again, with small tears falling down my face.
