Hi everyone hope you are all
doing great.
I know it's been a long time since I have updated .
I had a lot to take care of so to make it up to you all I'll do a double update.

Melissa's POV

It was been one tiring day at school but at last we were done and I had to go home.

To be frank i would rather stay in school than to go to the miserable place called my home.
But what can I do I can't stay here forever.

I got home praying that no one else would be there but I met my mum in there living room going through some fashion magazines.

"Hi mum " I said not looking at her.

"Hi dear how was school?"

"It was normal" I replied .

I went up to my room not waiting for her to start asking other questions.

You see my family is not what you call a normal family.
My parents did not marry because  they where in love . it was a business merger  in which my mum grew to love my dad but he never loved her. My dad had a lot of flings that my mum was aware of but being the good wife kept mute . she kept  hoping that he would change but we all know that would not happen.

The only solace my mum could find was to bury herself into her work thus leaving us the children alone.

Now that is not the reason that I was such a bitter person that is a whole topic on it's own.

Natalie's POV

"Hey mom  I am home"

" Hi dear how was school?"

"It was OK" I replied.
"I am going upstairs to do my homework"

"OK dear I will call you when dinner is ready" . she said from the kitchen

Today has been one hectic day first the little drama with Melissa then a pop up quiz during physics class and the the amount of homework that we were given.

I got to my room dropped my bag beside the table and took out my workbooks to begin my homework.

I was half way through it when I received a message from Chloe

Hey I heard there's a party tonight do you want to go?
                                         Chloe

No remember what happened the last time I went to a party, beside its a school night
                                           Natalie

Well I remember but that does not mean all the other parties will be like that so please say yes😩😩😩.                        Chloe

No I can not I have lots of home work to do maybe another time
                                        Natalie

OK whatever
           Chloe

I put my phone down and went
back to doing my homework.
