Highschool friends Ally, Dinah and Camila are starting their senior year today. And today marks the one year of Camila coming out and revealing that she is intersex to her friends.

"Goodmorning Mila!" Dinah sqeauled and gave her best friend a hug.

" 'morning Dinah." Camila said as she hugged Dinah back.

"Only one more year Mila and we'll finally be free of this hell hole." Dinah mumbled, Camila chuckled at her best friends answer.

"Watch your language Dinah Jane." Ally's voice was heard and Dinah screamed, "Ally! I missed you! How was Texas?"

"I missed ya'll. Texas was good, my cousins grew so much! What did you guys do this summer?"

Camila shrugged her shoulders, "Not much, going to the mall, swimming.."

Ally's eyes widen, "Swimming?"

"Yup" Camila popped the 'p' and put her books of the afternoon in her locker. "Now, I'll see you guys at lunch? I have soccer practise for a whole three hours." Camila groaned as she swung her soccerbag over her shoulder and walked away.

"Tell me everything about it! Was it big Dinah?"

Dinah laughed and swung her arm over her small friend's shoulder, "Oh Ally, you got no idea."

"Okay ladies, we are welcoming some new girls in our team!" Our coach, Mr.  Tatum said.

"Lauren Jauregui and Normani Kordei are finishing their senior year in our school and were star soccer players in their school, so beware of the competition ladies." Mr. Tatum said and gave a wink towards Camila. Camila huffed softly and let her eyes fall on the beautiful chocolate skinned girl and her friend, the raven haired, pale skinned girl was smiling at something her friend was whispering towards her.

"Well Mila, make sure they won't take your place as a captain." Ariana whispered in her ear and Camila chuckled softly, "That won't happen Ariana."

"Okay, let's start warming up, two rounds of running around the field. Let's go!" And as quickly as Camila said that, the beautiful, raven haired girl was running next to her.

"Normani, right?"

"Lauren Jauregui, nice to meet you..." Lauren lifted up her eyebrow, waiting for the small girl to answer.

"I'm Camila, nice to meet you too."

Lauren nodded, "You're the captain of the team?" Camila smiled proudly, "Yes I am. What position do you play Lauren?"

"Defence, you?"

Camila was glad that Lauren got no chance in taking her place, "I'm making the goals." Camila winked, trying to be nice to Lauren. Lauren only huffed, "Well Camila, if you were making the goals than you should now be on top of the charts. Not on the 6th place." Lauren said, making Camila stop in her tracks, everyone running past her. Only Ariana stopped, "what's going on mila?"

Camila shook her head and ran again, she had a feeling Lauren Jauregui was going to play a bigger role in her life than she wanted to.

"How was soccer mila?" Ally asked as she sat down in front of her friend.

Camila shrugged and frowned her eyebrows, "It was alright, some new girl dissed me."

Dinah frowned her eyebrows, "Yo, what did she say?"

"I asked her what position she was playing and she said defence and I said I was making the goals you know, as a joke? And she basically said I don't make enough goals."

"Whut?" Dinah looked around in the lunch room, "Where is she?"

Camila sighed, "Calm down Dinah, it's okay."

"Mila, Dinah is right. You should try to stand up for yourself. But Dinah, violence is not the answer!"

Dinah sighed and drank of her water, "Okay mom." Dinah said while rolling her eyes.
