THIRD PERSON POV
Alex sat in the witness stand. Jack sat on the right beside his lawyer and Elsa did the same to the right of the isle. The jury sat to the right of Jack. Among them Alex and Jamie's parents cried.
The judge ordered the court trial to start.
Alex started to explain what she saw as a witness.
"They attacked her. Like it was me. Elsa through the hammer and it flew through the air, hit the tree and landed on Jamie's head. Knocking her into the pool. Then Jack he dived in to get her. By then it was too late.."
"That's enough Alex thank you."
Elsa's lawyer stood up.
"If I may, the hammer was thrown. There's no video footage or fingerprints on the hammer of who it was. The last finger prints were Jamie's. There's no explanation to that besides the fact maybe it fell from the tree onto the Jamie's head." Elsa's lawyer sat down again.
The crowd was silent, including the judge.
The judge broke the silence with slamming down his gavel.
"Five minutes." He stood up and the jury began to divide out of the two big wooden doors. Along with Jack and Elsa.
ABOUT TWO HOURS LATER
"Silence!" The lawyers who were arguing now, sat down in silence. "The jury and I have come to a decision. Elsa and Jack free of trial. No charges of first degree murder. Nothing will go on either of Jack and Elsa's records. Your all dismissed." Everyone stood up and Elsa ran to Jack hugging him while the newspaper cameras flashed at them.
