Angela's POV
"Heyyy Angela," Kate came forward and hugged me.
"Hi Kat."
"Kat, I need to ask you something."
"What is it?" She looked at me curiously.
Currently we are at school and right now lucky us it's lunch.
"Do you know anyone good at finding people?"
"Yes, why?"
"I just want to find someone."
"Who is it? Is it an ex-boyfriend? Are you trying to stalk him?" She asked wriggling her eyebrows.
"What? No, of course not," I answered it with a smile.
"Okay, who is that person that is good at finding people?"
She looked at me nervously and started talking, "wouldn't you be mad?"
"Why would I be, you're just helping me. Now tell me."
"Ryan."
"Who?!" I asked her again not sure if she had heard her say Ryan or someone else.
"Ryan."
"You mean the asshole?"
"Yes!"
"Anddd how do you know that he is good?"
"Okay, let me tell you."
"Go ahead."
"Ryan is my new neighbor, and yesterday all the boys were gathered there and Ryan's mom invited us for dinner, and when we were eating Caleb started talking about how Ryan is an expert in finding people, and because of that I know he is good at it. Do you have any other questions Ms. Summers?"
"Yes."
"Ugh. What is it?"
"In that speech you made, how many times did you used the word 'and'?"
"One or two times."
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah. Why?"
"Nothin just asking."
I looked around the cafeteria, and saw every type of students in here.
The nerds, the stereotypes, the jocks, the queen bee and her minions, and at last the bad boys well I mean the asshole's.
When I looked at the asshole's table, I saw that blond asshole looking at me with eyes full of hate.
I stared back at him without blinking once, he didn't move his eyes from mine too, and both our eyes were pouring hate for each other.
"Why are you two staring at each other. Is there something between you two?" Kat asked.
"Yes."
"Oh, really. What is it?" She asked excited.
"Hate."
"Seriously?"
"Yes, I'm serious."
"Wow. Then how are you going to ask him to help you for finding the person?"
"I haven't thought about that yet."
And guess what? All this time I'm talking with Kat I haven't moved my eyes from his, but I blinked because I saw him do it too, guess he couldn't stare more.
After some time he moved his eyes and joined in the conversation on their table.
I have to find a way to ask him, to help me.
I looked over to Kate and saw her texting on her phone with a big smile on her face.
"What is it?"
"Uh. Nothing."
"Okay."
I saw she got lost in her thoughts with that big smile still on her face.
I leaned forward slowly without her noticing and snatched the phone out of her hands quickly.
I looked at the sender of the text, it was written Cal. Who is this Cal?
"Who is Cal?"
"No one." She said trying to get back her phone.
I thought about the name a bit.
Cal. Cal. Cal. Cal. That nickname is familiar.
"Oh hell no. Is it Caleb?"
"No it isn't." She said blushing.
"Then why are you blushing?"
"Uh, I have chemistry I have to go. Bye."
She took her phone back and left without letting me ask her more questions.
That girl with Caleb.
Oh My God.
They will be so cute!
I looked at the time and there was still seven minutes left from lunchtime.
I got up and went toward the asshole's table.
"Hey guys, except Ryan."
"Hi." "Hello." They all answered politely.
"Ryan you must come with me I have to ask you something."
"I'm not obeying you." He's getting on my nerves.
"Ryan, I said come with me." I said through gritted teeth.
He wanted to say something but was interrupted by the other guys telling him to come and stop being stubborn.
Finally he got up.
"Thanks, guys." I told them before leaving, with Ryan following close behind me.
I went to outside and stopped under a tree.
"What is it?" He asked trying to look bored by putting his hands in his pockets.
I hesitated for a moment before speaking, "I need your help."
"What? You're not kidding right? You," he pointed at me, "Angela Summers, need help from me?" He pointed at himself.
"Yes."
He started laughing out loud.
"Are you okay?" I asked him worriedly, he doesn't look okay.
"This is unbelievable, you, the cold hearted girl asking me for help."
"Okay, cut the bullshit. Will you help me or not?" I said angrily.
He stopped laughing, "with what?"
"I need you to find me someone."
"Is it an ex-boyfriend? Coz if it is I'm not helping."
"No, it's not."
"Fine then, but on one condition."
"What is it?" I hope he's not saying something that I can't do.
"You have to help me too."
"With?" I asked.
"I want revenge on someone." When he said ' I want revenge on someone' his eyes were full of a kind of hate I haven't seen it real life.
I nodded my head as a sign for him to continue.
"You help me have revenge on her and I'll help you have your revenge on whoever you want."
"Deal?" He asked stretching his right hand toward me.
I stretched mine toward his and clasped our hands before agreeing with him.
"Deal."
