My phone rang and I opened my eyes sighing. Another day.. it's just another day, just like the previous. Nothing happened yesterday. Absolutely nothing. You can do it! Go!

- Demi, shut it off! - I heard my sister groan and yell it out from the room to my left

I stood up not really feeling my best and then went to my bathroom so I could get ready. I brushed my heair, put on some makeup and then walked back to get dressed

Breakfast was good. My mom made pancakes and topped them with chocolate and strawberries which was my favorite combination

- How has school been? Do you have many friends already?

I kept munching on the pancakes not looking up - Yeah.. you already know about Alex.. the girl from Texas.. but I made some others like Olivia.. Margo..

My voice got carried away as my thoughts went to Nathan and how he was probably mad at me. For some reason it made me sick to my stomach to know that we were not on good terms

My mom kept talking to me about things we had to do today. When the warnings about being a good student started, I took it as a cue to pick up my things and leave.

Just like always, I met up with Olivia and we walked together to school. Thankfully I didn't had any classes with him today.

We walked inside the school after a lot of mental preparation from my part. Everyone seemed to be minding their business so I relaxed a little bit. Of course there were whispers from some people but I made sure I kept my head up and my back made of steal for all those daggers being thrown at me

As we walked closer and closer to the table where everyone was, I noticed that Nathan was already in it but looked rather quiet today. At least, he didn't said a word the entire time I used the corridor

Everyone went quiet when they saw me but I kept my face straight and sat down while greeting them good morning

- Demi.. we know it was all lies - Alex mumbled

- I know.. I'm over it

The silence didn't went away, only Cody could break it though

- So.. we all cool? You guys aren't mad at each other anymore? - he asked making me clear my throat

- I'm not mad at anyone.. - Nathan sarcastically remarked - She's just the new girl

He then stood up and I turned my face towards him so I could glare - Fuckboy - I mumbled

- Guys, you are both being so childish - Olivia intervened as soon as Cody stood up to hold Nathan up before he could say anything else

He took him off to cool down and the bell rang. Time for class

My heart was hurting. Did he hate me that much to be acting so cold? Over such a stupid thing? Wasn't he the one who said that he wanted to help? Wasn't I the one supposed to be furious?! I was the mocked one! I was the humiliated one! Why the fuck is he mad for? For what?

I tried to keep my head as clear of Nathan as possible, but with Alex and Olivia in Physics, it wasn't an easy task since they were giving me their opinions

The day ended and Friday came around. I had spanish and PE with him but we didn't speak a word to eachother, despite being at the same table.

I went back home that day and ran up to my room to put down my things. My dad came up qnd knocked on my door telling me that they were all going out shopping for a while and for me to not wait around and eat dinner in case they come back too late
