Chapter 21 - Help

It's crazy that I'm completely over heels for this girl. I love everything about her and I just want her to be mine. Seeing her hate me and the fact that I'm a mafia made me realize that it's not fair for her. She deserves better.

The idea of her being with someone else always made me want to kill that guy. I want to kill all the guys with my bare hands because I hate it. I woke up 2 hours before the sunrise and found her sleeping on the other side of the sofa. I just looked at her memorizing every inch of her because I know after this I won't see her again.

Kristopher already know that I kept her and he wants me not to deal with the 7 Gold Lifes. He asked me to give her back to her dad or he will kill me. I don't know what makes him so scared with Nicholas Lemiere.

Then I found her mushroom soup.. I smiled and took a photo of it. I ate it and tried to remember the taste so maybe one day if I eat a mushroom soup.. I will remember her.

I can fight for her by fighting with Kristopher but it's too risky. I don't want to have her life on the line. I took her hand and held it tightly. I kissed it and tried remember her scent. Seeing her yesterday.. made me decide that tonight will be the last night for me to spend time with her.

It's enough for me to be selfish. It's for me to consider her feelings.

"This is delicious." She said pointing at the salad and I smiled nodding.

"Eva is a really good cook." I said and she kept eating. I kept my eyes on her.. the way the sun rays hit her face, she looks so perfect.

"If you want more, I can ask her to make more." I said.

"No no. It's more than enough." She said and kept eating deliciously.

"Do you mind having dinner with me tonight?" I asked and she looked up to me.

"Are you planning to take me back tonight or something? You saying things like this will be the last time we see each other." She looked at me suspiciously.

"I'm not, woman."

"Let's just use the 2 days okay?" She said and I nodded.

"Dinner with me tonight?" I asked again.

"Okay." She said.

"Thankyou." I can't hide my excitement. I swear I'm acting like a boy who just hits his puberty. After eating our breakfast, we both go diving. And again.. she surprises me, she's really good in diving. I was worried at first but I felt relieve to know that she's a pro.

I'm happy.. spending time with her. Spending time with her was the happiest day in my life. I don't to be someone else.. I'm just Lucas. The ordinary Lucas.

"Let me help you." She said as she helped me to take off my oxygen tub. After that I waited for her to take a shower first. I sat on the edge of the ship and looked at the view.

Not long after that.. she sat beside me.

"This is Raja Ampat, Indonesia. If you miss this place. You can come here." I told her.

"If you dare to send me back to my dad when I'm sleeping, I will seriously kill you." She's smart and I know that.

"Then stay all night and watch me sleep first." I turned to her and she looked down to the sea.

"Promise me that.." She said and I turned to her shaking my head.

"Promise me that.." She repeated and I got up.

"Lucas.. If you dare to send me back to my dad tonight. I will kill and hunt you down." She said and I smiled.

"Geez woman.. I'm cherishing this moment and do you want me to shorten up the days? No thanks." I said and walked away to take a shower. I took a shower and then I looked at myself in the mirror. I looked so dumb in front of her.. so dumb until I don't want to get back to America.

I opened the drawer and then closed it again. I walked out from the bathroom. I walked back to where she sits. I sat beside her enjoying the view together.

"I hate eating seafoods. I have an allergy to shrimp since I was little. From that moment, I swear that I will not eat shrimp, squid, crabs and other except fish." She started to tell about herself.

"I love adventures such as hiking. I love dogs more than cats. I love winter and fall. I love reading books.. I can finish it so fast. I love my brother equally.. but I hate Dylan sometimes because he loves to stole my food." She said and then chuckled. I smiled to hear more about her.

"I love sports car and sometimes I race with Autumn. I love swimming. I'm a crazy person who loves challenge. I love being a Lemiere but I wish people stop recognizing me." I caressed her head and smiled looking at her. I really love seeing her like this.

"Lucas.. I wish that you can fight Kristopher and chase your dreams." She looked at me and I nodded.

"I wish it can be that easy."

"I know this is stupid but.. you can call me if you need help." She said in a small tone. I smiled widely hearing that. God help me, I really want this girl.

"Risking your life?"

"I love challenge and this kinda thing.." She said and I chuckled.

"Will note that!"

"I'm serious." She said.

"I know."

"Lucas, I'm serious." She said it again and I nodded.

"Yes, Crystal. I know you're serious." Even though you're the last person that I can ask for help.. I won't Crystal.

"You're adorable." I ruffled her hair and I stood up.

"I'm tired, I want to sleep. Do you want to join me?" I asked and she shook her head. I walked towards the room and called Nathaniel.

"You know my location right? Tell her dad to pick her up."
