So, this story is actually based on a magnificent dream I had. I was like 'WOW! Can my brain do such things?!' O_O Anyways my friend (Misspinky) said I had to turn it into a book, so here I am. Forcing you to read it. Just kidding, but it would be really nice if you would read it and leave a comment *puppy-dog eyes* Let's just get started~!

P.S. a special thanks to arisuanime for the amazing work with the cover and Misspinky again, for the help with the title :)

~Prologue~

It's a typical, hot Californian summer and I'm actually very sad about leaving tomorrow.

My freedom has lasted long enough and I can't wait to see everyone again.

Abby, Dawn, Levy and Daniel. Especially Daniel.

I used to have the biggest crush on him. I actually still have, but I never said anything.

That's the first thing I'm going to do tomorrow, after arriving. Tell him how I've felt about him, all these years.

I'm also looking forward to seeing my best friend Abby again, of course.

When we were younger, we were inseparable.

I hope we still have that connection, even though the last time I saw her was 4 years ago.

The contact between us watered and the talking occasions kept getting lesser and lesser, until, one day, it stopped.

After all no one was very happy when they heard my plans about going to study on the other side of the country. Well, anyone except my parents.

They were thrilled when Stanford University wanted me in there program, so they moved to California, with me.

I studied business and graduated not so long ago.

I sighed, my suitcase was now all packed and the taxi should be here at 6:00 AM tomorrow, to drive me to the airport.

Finally, after all these years, I was going back home.
