She couldn't believe he had done all of his for her. Let alone actually done anything!
"W-wow...", she breathed after a few minutes of uncomfortable silence.
"Do you like it?", Lucifer asked smiling at her as to what she replied with a nod still in awe.
"I may introduce you to Mr. Sam Winchester and Mr. Dean Winchester our chefs today and Mr. Castiel our waiter.", he smiled and she nodded saying hello to the men.
"The guys you're doing the job with? What do you have in hand to blackmail them to help you here?", she asked giggling quietly.
"Nothing Miss. He just kept speaking about you and we're glad to get the chance to meet you.", the waiter - Castiel? - spoke before being silenced with a stern look from the king of hell.
"Brother i swear...", the named mumbled and Grace laughed.
"Oh come on, that's really sweet! I kept asking Drexel about you too!", she accidentally let slip making him feel less embarrassed.
"Oh? What did he say? Did he treat you good?", the man opposite of her asked while the other three men kept themselves busy with preparing one dish of each food knowing Lucifer didn't eat.
"He told me about the apocalypse, how you all saved the world, how god returned and you brought him and your aunt together, how you changed after that and changed in the last few days.", she explained receiving periodic nods after each thing. "And he treated me just great, he kept cooking three times a day, showed me around, let me help him when I was bored and even somehow organized a piano for me to play.", the girl told him making him smile.
"I didn't know you played! But I'm glad you liked him, he is my most trusted and the only one I would let near you.", the blonde haired explained noticing the quiet 'Aww's' from the three men.
"You are the best, you know that?", Grace truthfully asked causing him to look at the ground. Frowning she got up and walked over to him.
"Hey Hey... you know what someone really wise made me realize lately? It's not your past that defines who you are, it's your current actions. Everyone deserves a second chance and everyone changes with each and every decision, every person they meet. That person told me I changed you and I know for sure that you changed me, so you can believe me when I tell you you are the best, because to me, you are.", the girl quietly spoke holding his cold hands gently in hers before placing a light kiss on his cheek and returning to her chair. When she looked back up Lucifer was smiling brightly at her and nodded lightly giving her a quiet 'thank you'.
'Always' she mouthed back before the first dish was placed right before her by Castiel.
"First dish is a - what was it again Dean - oh right, a Chinese noodle soup.", the angel spoke and she giggled realizing it was one of those instant soup meals that she used to eat back with her mother.
"Well thank you.", she laughed and took her spoon.
"Bon Appetit darling.", Lucifer spoke and watched her eat smiling quietly. He enjoyed actually seeing her smile and laugh. He would make sure to take her out of Hell more often, maybe even introduce her to Gabriel thinking they'd get along just great.
"Mhm, that was delicious.", she giggled and looked at him grinning.
"Thank you Miss. The second dish is pancakes with maple Sirup.", the waiter placed another dish in front of her after taking the first.
"Oh Luci you spoil me! First Chinese and now Canadian breakfast? How do I even deserve that?", Grace asked laughing not expecting a reply.
"By being you... I enjoy seeing you smile.", he admitted not only surprising himself and Grace but also the Winchester's and Castiel.
