Me and lapis walk out of our dorm and we head to my car and I quickly open my door and jump in and lapis does the same. I turn on the car and drive out of campus. "So where to?" Lapis says excitedly
"I was thinking me could get breakfast well technically lunch" say and laugh nervously.
"Yeah that sounds great!" She says I drive wondering around trying to show her a couple of spots before we get to the diner. We finally arrive at the diner and her face lights up instantly. "I see your excited" I say which she turns away with a slight blush on her face. I give a small chuckle and I turn off the car and jump out of the car and Lapis does the same. We both step inside a fairly small diner and wait to be seated. A short buff girl with a apron and and a sweat band comes over.
"Hello I'm ruby I'll we your waitress this evening!" Ruby starts walking towards a booth and me and Lapis follow close. "Here is your booth you love birds and here are some menus!"
"U-um actually w-we aren't d-dating" but it was to late ruby already walked off. Me and Lapis just sat in silence with a huge blush on both of our faces.

(Sorry I've been gone for so long I do intend on finishing this story just I know where I want it to go but I don't know how and other things happening in my life I know this chapter is short but at least it's something to hold y'all over if I leave for like a couple of weeks)
