As me and Lapis sat in complete and utter silence which I may add was very uncomfortable. Lapis was the first to break the uncomfortable silence and try to start some light conversation. "So um what are you getting?" She nervously said "I think I might get the biggest plate of pancakes." I say blandly she giggles at what I say "What're you getting?" I say blandly once more "I think I'll get French toast." She said looking desperately at the menu. Ruby comes back and we order. After about 30 minutes or so she comes back with our food and I stuffed that whole entire plate down my throat lapis looks at me in complete shock. She just stares at me for 30 seconds then starts to eat herself. Once she's done we walk back to the car and drive back to the dorm In complete silence except for the cars driving by and the soft music playing on the radio.

We get out of the car and right when I thought we were going to go inside of the dorm and watch movies for the rest of the day a girl that I met when I first got here saw me and ran over. "Hey what's up!" She says loudly "Oh hey amethyst." I say wanting to go inside and watch a bunch of movies "Yo so Peri wanna go to a party tonight it starts in at 8 and it's like 3 right now so like you have time to do whatever until it's time to go so what do you say?" She says questionably I look at lapis whom looks excited for the party I then rub my face and give her a why the fuck not face. "Why the fuck not." I say She jumps up in the air and screams "OH FUCK YEAH!" She screams excitedly "I'LL COME BE HERE AT 8 AND WE CAN LEAVE AT 8:30!" She says even louder than the last sentence which I thought was impossible.
