'Mom Dad! You guys!'

'What happened, Ariana?' My mom screams from the living room.

'It happened!'

'What did you say, can't hear you, come to the living room!' My dad says.

I run to the living room.

'I QUALIFIED FOR THE LONG JUMP NATIONALS!!'

'Really?' My mom gets up

'You said you had no Chance. ' my dad says with a shocked look.

'I KNOW BUT I JUST GOT THE EMAIL OMG'

'That's amazing Ari' my mom pats my back

'I'm so proud of you. ' my dad says happily

'Can I go to six flags tomorrow please?' I had been begging them since morning.

They didn't want me to go alone. They said it was 'dangerous'.

'But you're going to have to practice, Ariana'. My dad says with a stern look.

'Yes, it's in a month. '

'But I've been studying so much man. Just one day please?' I beg

'I promise Rebecca and I we'll stay together.'

My mom and dad give each other a look.

'Fine!' They say at the same time

'We're proud of you, kiddo. ' My dad says

'Stay safe, BUT DONT SPLIT UP. YOU HAVE TO STAY WITH EACH OTHER AT ALL TIMES. '

'Yes'

'Promise you'll go together, cause Ari, it's not safe. '

'Mom, I promise!'

'So you want to go to the track today to practice?'

'Can we go in 1 hour? Becky jus broke up and she's bawling. I've got to calm her down. '

'Sure.'

Next day

'ARIANA, Rebecca is here, are you ready?' My mum screeches from the door.

'JUST A MINUTE, MA'

WHERE IS THAT DAMN CAMERA

I already had my vlogging camera.

But where is that damn tiny camera that I can put on my head when I go down slides?!

Yes I'm a dork okay

Oh god I don't have time.

Please god help me find this damn thing.

Rebecca walks into the room

'Ari, COME ON!'

'I need to find my tiny camera. '

'You mean this?'
She holds it up.

'What the hell? Where did you find it?'

'You left it at my home the other day, and I knew you would want it. '

'Thanks Becky!' I go in for a hug

Thankfully she returns it

'So how are you doing?'

'I guess I'm okay. I just want to not think about him.'

'Yes, of course.'

'Shall we go and enjoy the crap out ?'

'We shall.'
