Cameron POV
I did my morning routine and yelled goodbye as I ran to the bus.We arrived to school and I walked upstairs to get away from everyone.It was a bit lonely up here,there were some kids roaming around.I went into a room as usual and listened to music.It's been a few weeks that Casey has been bullying me and today was one of the worst.
The bell had rung and we all went to class.I was still listening to music while I walked to class.I couldn't hear her calling me that she grabbed me by the hair and pulled me to the ground.
"I was talking to you!"
"I was listening to music!"
She didn't say a word,all she did was start kicking me.I tried to get up but every time I did another blow came.Lili didn't join in,she just stood there with a smile on her face recording everything.When the beating were over she left me on the ground.I slowly got up and grabbed my things.I know some would go home and never come back but I'm not about to do that.I walked straight into class with a smile on my face.
"Cameron!What happened to you?!"The teacher asked
"I fell down the stairs"
"Do you want to go to the nurse?"
"No I'm good"I walked over to my seat,looking at her with a smile.
The rest of the school day went by fast and a few words from Casey.Lili was starting to say things to me as well but I didn't really take it to the heart.

Weeks went by and each day it was more violent.More kicks,punches,slaps,hateful words.I know I can fight back but that's not me.No one really helped me and that's what got me thinking that everyone hated me.I was the only one that got targeted by her and I can understand why.I showed how brave I was on the outside but in the inside I was breaking.I was in class doing my work when she came up to me and flipped the desk and me.Everyone looked and laughed.
"WHAT THE HELL?!"
"What?"
"LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE! I'M TIRED OF YOU!"
"Aww is the poor baby gonna cry?"
"No."
"Well you will be after this"She grabbed me by the hair and started punching me.She kept hitting me as I tried to get her hands of my hair.I don't know what came over me,I just...snapped.I let go and I grabbed her by the hair.I didn't care if I got punch...I couldn't feel any pain anymore.I punch her in the face and kept on hitting her.I tightened my grip on her hair and punch her as hard as I could.I heard a crack and I bit her arm and she let go of me.I tackled her to the ground and jumped on her and I punched her violently.I felt someone grab me from the back of the shirt and threw me on the ground.I looked at Lili with pure rage.
"YOU stay out of this!"
"No!"She came at me and I had to fight her as well.Next thing I knew I had Lili in a head lock with my left arm while I tried to fight off Casey.
"LADIES!PRINCIPAL OFFICE NOW!"yelled my teacher.A few police officers broke us up and took us to the office.
"Jane please come in"She said.I walked in and sat down.
"Tell me what happened"she said and I told her everything.
"Why didn't you tell anyone?"
"I don't know..."
"You know you can trust a teacher and myself.I'm giving you a warning only because you are a good student but you will have to go to detention for a whole week during school,understood?"I nodded.
"Go wait outside while I talk to the other two."I nodded and went outside and waited.
When she was done talking to us in private,she brought all of us in at once.
"I want you girls to make amends and from now on no more fighting."she looked at all of us."Now shake hands"
No one moved.
"Do it now or I'll make you do community work!"she yelled.We all shook hands but ended up wiping it away.This day couldn't get any worse.Then the door opened up to reveal a police officer.
"Hello,sorry to interrupt but do you have a student named,Cameron Nettles?"he asked and I raised my hand.
"Come with us please."
"Why?"
"It's your parents."
"My parents?What's wrong with them?"
"They're in the hospital."
"W-what?"
