Jisoo POV

I blink at myself in the mirror, I seemed like a whole different person! Who knew that the colour of your hair could actually impact the rest of your appearance so much?

I put a hand over my styled hair, I seemed like a different person, someone who wasn't a high school drop-out, someone who still had a huge group of friends and someone who hadn't been spending his past few days with nobody but a demon and the entire year before that with nobody to talk to.

The barber smiles, proud of his work, "Alright, you two better have a good day!" He waves us off, "Call me up anytime you feel like changing up your hair a bit alright?"

"So how do you like it?" Jeonghan asks, putting his arm around my shoulders. "It looks really nice." I say, "Thanks."

He looks around, "Since we're around so many stores right now, how about we go shopping, I brought your wallet with me." What the- I shouldn't be so surprised.

I take a deep breath, it's been such a long time since I've done this. I wrap my arms round Jeonghan's waist, holding myself close to him. "This feels so weird," I say, trying to ignore all the weird looks we're getting. "Just relax." He reassures me. "Is there anything in particular that you want?" I look around, a pet store catching my eye. I take his hand and pull him with me.

I try not to burst through the door as I am being surrounded by some of the cutest things in existence. "Oh." Jeonghan deadpans, "So you want an animal."

I smile, kneeling down to get in level to look at a small white bunny that seemed to be happily munching on a piece of lettuce. "Rabbits aren't really suitable for living in an apartment is it?" I ask, "Especially since it's so small someone might accidentally tread on the poor thing." I stick my finger through the bars and it started to sniff my finger tentatively, it seemed to be a shy creature, not suitable for being around Jeonghan.

Almost unwillingly, I get up and look around. Then, I get a perfect idea and I guess I was acting too suddenly because when I started to run, Jeonghan hadn't realised yet and I was unintentionally pulled back by Jeonghan's unmoving body, landing on my butt on the floor.

He takes one look at me before bursting into laughter, I rub my sore butt before I get up, "Let's just hurry up and go look at some puppies." I grumble, and he follows right on.

All the canines were all kept in one room to run free, and like a small child, I swung the gate right open to being surrounded by dogs of all colours and sizes. One small dog caught my eye, a brown miniature poodle, this thing was literally made of happiness and rainbows, jumping all around my feet and barking happily. I picked it up in my arms, showing it to Jeonghan. A smile slowly made its way across his face, "This is a cute little thing." He says, taking it off me, cradling the goofball in his arms and bouncing it up and down like a baby. "Hyung, do you like him?" I ask, attempting to take the small pup away from him (note the 'attempting!!), he nods, stroking its fur and tickling its chin. "Let's just buy this stupid-looking ball of joy and get out of here." I laugh, waving goodbye to the other dogs and puppies. To be honest, if I could, I would buy every single one of them. The problem wouldn't be lack of will but simply lack of space and lack of money.

The dog —which turned out to still be a young puppy— came with a bag of dog food, treats, a collar and leash. I was going to ask Jeonghan for my wallet but he literally just took out the card and gave it to the cashier. "It's a boy are you sure you want to choose pink?" She raises her eyebrow at me, "Yes, he's a dog for goodness's sake this shouldn't bother him." She gives me a look that seems to say "Alright then." and stayed quiet.

Even as we leave the store the dog stayed in his arms, and he showed no signs of wanting to let it down. "What should we name it?" I ask and he just shrugs, "It looks like a 'Coco' and I like that name." The puppy was starting to squirm around in his arms, wanting to be let down. "Shhh, Coco we're almost home just hold on I don't want your squishy little toe beans dirty."

Can immortality make you this weird? Or was he like this when he was alive as well? I hope not, or else I feel very sorry for anyone who knew him.

He lets him down in the apartment, and the first thing it did was sniff around before Jeonghan scooped it up again and carried it to the bathroom. I followed him to see what he was doing, and I walk in on him holding Coco in front of the toilet as it peed. The poor creature whined in discomfort and the moment it was let down again it ran away from Jeonghan and to me! I kneel down and pat its head and he climbed into my lap when I sat in the bedroom. Jeonghan seemed a tiny bit sulky that the new puppy liked me better than him and pretty much bitched the next few hours.

Ok so basically I think Coco would look a bit like this:
