01 the dream

* "run , Y/N , leave this place hurry !" I ran as fast as my legs could carry me After hearing the familiar voice. "BAMM" I couldn't feel my body, something Sharp pierced into my chest after that ear piercing sound . I fell to the cold hard ground, I saw my blood pouring out of my chest, I took a glance to my right and saw a muffled sight of a brown-hair guy before I gradually closed my heavy lids . " NO Y/N BABY, PLEASE ! STAY WITH ME.." was the last thing I heard before...*

"RINGGGGGG" dammit that stupid alarm clock ! I was so close to finishing my dream. But wow, I finally saw the silhouette of the voice..

I had been having the same weird dream ever since I turned 16 , the dream started from me running , followed by conversations , gradually I could even feel the pain where I was apparently "shot" in that dream.

I don't know what this dream signifies , I don't dream of it daily but the amount of times it came across my dream world has been increasing by a lot .
It used to be just once a month , but it's happening at least twice a week or even more.

I cut off my thoughts as I got ready for school . I did my usual morning routine and ran down the stairs to grab my handmade breakfast from my superhero , Mom.

"Good morning Honey" my dad greeted . I wasn't in close terms with my dad as something happened before. That leaves a story for another time. I slightly nodded my head before grabbing the sandwich and leaving the house.

School wasn't far from my house , I could take a bus but it's only two stations away, somewhere around a 10 minutes walk would get me into the school gates. So I plugged in my ear phones and brisk walk to school. I was a monitor in my school , can't afford to be late!

Indeed I reached the front gate 10 minutes later and since I had loads of time , I decided to patrol around the school. I mean I would find Denise but she's probably having "English tuition" with namjoon.. god knows what their actually doing though.

"DING DONG DING DONG" that's the first bell , indicating that students need to proceed to their respective classes. I was an average student so I don't actually dread lessons. I approach the stairs until I felt a vibration from my pocket.

I shoved my phone out and looked at the message.
Denise : hey ! Skipping first 2 periods , don't wait for me XD
This girl , always skipping classes. But I'm guilty of it too, I mean everyone definitely skipped class at a period of time right?
Y/N : alright bad influence :P , can wait to see you regretting in the future~
Denise : I'll reconsider my choices of friends soon ! See you during break

I chuckled at her reply but what I didn't notice was that I was still approaching the staircase , without knowing I missed a step.

I felt the ground hit me and I was waiting for a dramatic roll down the stairs and praying that no bones (or my phone) would break.

However , once my butt landed on the floor , that's it. I don't even know how it's possible for me to land on the floor, lucky me...

I dusted the back of my skirt and continued my way back to class. Luckily the teacher has not arrived. I sat at the front of the class and began to zone out.

"Doesn't make sense though.." I mumbled , judging by the way I missed the steps , I would definitely have rolled down. Wait , but did something grab onto me? Why can't I remember anything?

And for the whole lesson , I couldn't stop thinking about the incident , it's as if something wasn't linked up , I just know it.

- During break -
I walked to the cafeteria and I spotted Denise with her bright pink hair. Despite the Teachers warning her for the umpteenth time to dye it back to her original hair Colour she wouldn't listen.

The ironic thing is that she's the bad bitch of the school while I'm a student. I wouldn't call myself a nerd as I don't dress, talk, act or even study like one. I won't call myself cool because I'm just not. I'm just average , just a girl who studies to secure a spot for her future.

Since Denise was the bad bitch she had many friends. While so do I , but half of them actually are introduced my Denise, and within that half , majority of them were males. Not that I have anything against it but I'm not into boy girl relationship yet.

"OVER HERE Y/N" Denise shouted
I scrambled over as she really is catching a lot of attention through her screaming across the whole cafeteria.

"Wanna hang out after school?" I asked
"I would love to , but the guys asked me out, I would ask you along but I already know your answer" she shrugged
She wasn't wrong though , every time she asked me out with her guy friends, I would just reject the offer. Some people even think that I swing both ways.

I gave her a short nod to agree with her statement and changed the topic. Denise and I were already friends for 10 years , we showed each other our true Colours and we never ever felt awkward with each other also , never once had we ran out of things to talk about.

- after break -
"Ughhh Y/N , why do you have to drag me into mr choi's class! I hate him" Denise complained
Namjoon slide his arms to the sides of Denise waist and whispered- attempted to Whisper, " let's just skip school today"

I rolled my eyes , and glared at Denise. I knew that she would go with namjoon' idea. She gave me an apologetic smile and said "I'll buy you ice-cream hehe love you" I signed and walked back to class

- after school -
Lessons were a lot more boring without Denise, no one would fight with the teacher and no one is there to entertain me.

My class exams were coming up so I decided to go to the library and revise. I really wanted to do well, I scored the highest in physics and I really want to maintain it that way as I really wasn't confident in my biology and Chemistry.

Time passed really quickly , I needed to pee so I packed my items and exited the library. That's when I realised the sky was already dark. I glanced at my watch and it read "9.35pm" I face palmed myself and quickly used to toilet before heading out of school.

As I was walking home , I decided to take the ally. It wasn't really dark and scary as the street lamps were bright. However I felt paranoid , as if someone was tailing me. I turned around to find a figure far away from me.

That silhouette was oddly familiar. I saw it somewhere before. I decided to not risk being kidnapped and walked the main road.

My cellphone started ringing. I glanced at the caller ID and it read "Mom". Oh god I forgot to inform her about not cooking dinner for me. I contemplate whether I should pick up the phone or not .

Little did I know I was crossing the road while doing so.. i snapped back into reality when I heard a loud honk. I turned to the sides and saw a car approaching me with loud screeching sound. I shut my eyes and waited for any Impact.(rip phone)
