Summer Morning

It was a early day in May. College at Charleston University had finished with its semester and about seventy percent of the student were taking off for the summer. This applied to a particular student, Jade Wilson. Jade is a fairly short curvy hair who had straight long black hair that almost passed her waist. Her big bright green eyes were full of wonder and imagination. She was a punk to say the least. She loved rock music and was going to college to get a degree in art. She infact loves rock music so much she's dating a rock star.
His name is Chris Ryder and he is the lead singer of a band named New Born Cyanide. What Jade did not know is that he, and his band members, all had abilities. They all had their own sixth sense, and as far as they knew, Jade also had one.
Jade saw omens, they told her what to do and what not to do. They started right when she met Chris and the rest of the band, and haven't stopped since they left her city. Jade and Chris have been doing long distance since November and have been going strong for about seven months. Every morning the couple video calls for breakfast and video calls at night, while texting throughout the day.
This was actually how the couple had their first 'I love you'. They had been video calling at night and Lydia, who is Jade's wolf, was laying on Jade's bed with her.
Jade said she loved Lydia and Chris casually said, "Well I love you." And the rest was history.
Jade woke up late that Saturday, around twelve, which is about when Chris wakes up at his time. She grabbed her phone and texted Chris. 'Hey you eaten yet?' She sent him.
About twenty seconds later she got a text. 'I just woke up and was about to ask you that 😂 anyways can ya call?'
Jade just smiled and went ahead and called him.
He answered and smiled at her, "I'll take that as a yes."
She giggled, "Yeah. I'm bout to make breakfast. What you having?"
"What do I always have Babygirl?" He asked her.
She rolled her eyes, "Grilled cheese with an apple and chips."
"Uh-huh. You can't say anything, you always have a ham and cheese omelette with salsa on it." he said grinning. He then proceeded to sit up. And Jade noticed he was shirtless.
"Chris put a shirt on!" She said covering her blush. She heard him chuckling as he set the phone down to put clothes on.
Considering Jade would probably wear her pajamas, which were a green t-shirt and black shorts, for the rest of the morning she just kept sat up and put her hair in a ponytail. She walked out of her room and let Lydia out so she could do her business.
"Hey you there?" Chris said from her phone.
"Whoops!" Jade said running in and grabbing her phone, "Sorry I was letting Lydia out. I thought I brought my phone." She began to laugh slightly, "I would have made all of my food talking to myself."
Chris laughed, "Yeah that would have been funny."
After making her food she sat down at the table and propped her phone up with a salt shaker. She sat down and began to eat.
"Oh Babe I have good news!" Chris said through bites of his cheese filled sandwich.
"Oh yeah?" Jade said, "And what would that be?"
He grinned, "We bought that house near you. We're coming in about a week to start moving stuff in and finish all the papers!"
Jade dropped her fork on the plate, "So you'll be here for my birthday?" He nodded, "Yes! I can't wait to see you!"
"Me either!" He grinned. He then yawned, "Hey I'm really tired."
"You slept until noon! How are you tired?" Jade said chuckling.
"You keep me up trying to talk to me about your life. We were up until three my time. So you were up until four." Chris said, "I honestly don't remember much of what you said. Something about Asher and Alice...and a carnival..."
"I think you dreamed that last part." Jade said as she finished her omelette, "I don't remember a carnival." She put the plate in the sink and walked back to the table, "So what's on the agenda for today?"
"Well," he said, "we're going to finish packing and I think we're going out to dinner. You?"
"Asher, Alice and I are going to the movies to see the new Marvel movie and we're going to this new restaurant that opened up last night." Jade said, picking up her phone, "Therefore I need to change my clothes."
"You look fine it that." Chris said smirking.
"Yeah I know but I want to change." She said, doing the same smirk at Chris.
She got up, still holding the phone and walked into her room. Chris and her said their goodbyes and left the video call.
She went over to her closet and pulled out a pair of denim shorts and a Green Day shirt. She slipped those on and pulled on a pair of combat boots. She put on her black stone necklace and grabbed her purse and keys.
She said goodbye to Lydia and walked outside, locking the door. She began to drive to the theaters.
She suddenly got a call from Asher, "Hey Ash what's up?"
"Jade your mom's here with Jason and he's really mad. I think he might attack her." Asher said.
"I'm gonna be there in about ten minutes. Call the police if he swings at her." Jade began to accelerate, hoping she wouldn't be too late.
