As my mother walked my into my room I looked around, the whole room was clean, books were stacked on shelves, my desk was cleared from dishes, and my floor was spotless "did you clean my room?" I asked, she smiled and sat my down on my bed "I thought that if I did so you wouldn't trip over anything and you wouldn't have to stress about cleaning," and laid back groaning as my shoulder ached with pain. I gave her a small smile in thanks.
I closed my eyes and tried to get comfortable but all I felt was the pain in my upper back through my neck and shoulder. I soon enough fell asleep listening to calm music, I opened my eyes seeing a girl hovering over me, I blinked my vision blurry "hello?" I asked, the girl quickly backed up about four steps, I sat up and rubbed my head, I looked at her my eyes finally adjusting to the light "melina?" I asked, I didn't have much of a reaction knowing this was just a dream, but she was different, I examined her. She was wearing a white dress but stains of red all over the chest area and the stomach area that seemed like it had soaked down, her left eye was a souless black, her right was blue, her hair was up in a long ponytail. Crying streaks shown down her pale cheeks, I looked at her "what happened to you," I asked, in response she just held her hand out, as I reached out for her right when my hand connected with her small hand I woke up.
As I blew air on the spoonful of soup I looked at my computer scrolling though YouTube videos trying to find something to make me ease, as I put the soup to my lip a loud bang was heard from my window, the noise echoed through your head, I dropped the spoon and squeaked, I looked at the window confused and mad because now I had Soup all over myself, I got up and opened the window thinking maybe a bird flew into it, then out of no where Ash appeared about two inches from my face, I screamed and fell back. She slowly came through the window and grabbed my hand jerking me up "OW MY F*CKING SHOULDER ASH," I yelled as I grabbed onto my shoulder the pain increasing "oh sh*t sorry," she sat me down on my bed and grabbed a bottle of medicine handing it to me.
She sat down on a chair and grabbed a book out of her back pack "so I brought you the homework you have missed and we also we had a moment of silence for the missing kids and included you," she giggled
I looked at her "they know I'm not dead right," I questioned her "well duh," she said back. I don't know what it was but something seemed off about Ash today, she seemed more, uh, weird. I didn't really look into it, I took two pills and sipped some hot tea my mother made me, wasn't very hot now but it was still good. "Can I see?" Ash said looking at my shoulder, I nodded and slowly took the wrap off, a large wound that was half healed went down to my upper back, she tilted her head and went to touch it, I patted her hand away "don't touch it!" She smiled "sorry," she said as she grabbed her bag "I'll see ya later," she said before jumping out the window, I put the wrap back on. I was so confused, why would she be so as I said weird today, oh well, back to sleep I go.
