"SCOOOOOORRRREEEEE!!"
"Woooooo!!" You jump up and down in your seat screaming with the some of the other wives and girlfriends. You can't believe the LA Kings just won Game 7 against the Chicago Blackhawks and are off to the Stanley Cup Final!!
You look over at Jonathan Quick, your husband, who's celebrating with his team mates and you're so happy for him. You decide that tonight is the night you'll finally give him the big news
You and some of the other wives and girlfriends slowly head over to the locker room, knowing that the media will be super hectic after such a momentous win.
Once the locker room has mostly cleared out, you guys happily enter, cheering "LA KINGS LA KINGS!!" You head over to your hubby Jonathan, who's gleaming. You guys embrace in a hug as you tell him, "I'm so proud of you! You were amazing out there!"
"Thankyou so much Y/N! I loved having you out there!" He replies, giving you a peck on the lips. "We gotta get home and celebrate!!"
"Yeah!!"
"Cuz you know what? We're off to the Stanley Cup Finals babyyyyyy!!" He yells as his other teammates cheer.
"Yeah on that topic, there may be another reason to say baby..." You add quietly to him, looking down at your belly and smiling. Jonathan looks down at your belly, slightly confused but then looks back up at you wide eyed.
"Wait a second... You're having a baby?!?!?!" He exclaims suddenly.
"Yes, yes I am!!!" You reply, furiously nodding your head and smiling. Jonathan jumps up excitedly and pulls you up in a great big hug.
"Everyone, Y/N's pregnant!!" Jonathan announces, with his arm over your shoulder.
"YEEEEAAAAAHHHH!!" All his teammates cheer as the other wives and girlfriends are congratulating you as you're both smiling.
Jonathan slowly turns to you and quietly says, "I'm so happy, this is incredible. I feel so lucky to be with you and now we're going to have a little baby! You're amazing, I love you."
"I love you too." You quickly reply before his lips come crashing down on yours in passion.
You hear a wolf whistle as the other guys start cheering again. You keep kissing him but then pull away as you're both smiling at eachother and then laughing at everyone else in the locker room.
Once Jonathan is finally packed up and you guys head out of the United Center, he turns to you and says cheekily, "We've got ourselves a playoffs game 7 baby! It must be the Stanley Cup magic eh?". You reply with a laugh and a little nudge as he pulls you in for another passionate kiss, feeling like the luckiest woman in the world.
