Jacks POV
"Jaaaaaaack" Marks muffled yell came through my door. I sat in complete darkness, only the small amount of moon light shone through the blinds and curtains.
"Sean come on, please let me in" I groaned, knowing he was serious since he used my real name. I rolled over with a grunt on my bed to stare at the door.

"Its fookin open" I called, my voice sounding hoarse, as though I hadn't spoken in weeks. My throat dry and painful to speak with. Mark opened the door, letting in bright light. I hissed at its intensity, rolling back over to face the wall, covering my stinging eyes. My vision now filled with black patterns from the light.

"Sorry, my bad" Mark chuckled. Shutting the door again. I didn't see what was so funny, so I rolled my eyes. Making no sign of laughing or even emotion.
Since Anti's death... Neither Dark or I were taking it well. But I knew Dark was taking it worse. My whole life I'd thought I hated Anti... But now I realize how lonely it is without him, darkness seems less comforting without him.
I let out a depressed breath. Suddenly the weight of my bed shifted, I rolled back over to find Mark smiling down at me. But I felt numb. I gazed up at him; he'd turned on one of the side lamps so it wasn't as harsh to look at him. His red hair evident that it was him.
"Look Sean, I know you and Dark aren't taking this well. But its hard taking care of two of you" Mark sighed. Laying down next to me and pulling me into his side in a hug. Still, I felt numb.

"I could just end it and make it easier for you. You would only have to take care of one" I mumbled.

"Don't you dare talk about that Sean! You aren't ending your fuckin' life! Please, Sean, just let me help you more, you keep turning me away every time. I just want to help" he pulled me tighter into him. Leaning his head over my cheek to look me in the eyes.
"Don't ever end your life Sean. I love you too much" I said nothing, just stared up at him. He gazed down at me concerned as his eyes met my wrist. He sighed,
"Sean, this isn't the way to handle this" Mark laughed annoyed as he lifted my left wrist. Slits covered my whole left arm, whether that be scars or healing, new or old. But they were all fairly deep, but not deep enough for an artery or anything.
Mark sighed seeing new slits that bled down my left wrist.
"Argh, Sean. You told me you'd stop" Mark growled me as he stood up and went to the bathroom. I heard the echo of opening and closing cabinets. Then he came back with a bottle and cloth. He poured the liquid from the bottle onto the cloth and tightly grasped my wrist.
I screamed in pain as he dabbed the cloth on the cuts. Tears of pain streaming down my face. I squirmed, trying to free my wrist. He stopped and grabbed me a shirt. Telling me to put it in my mouth and bite down on it to lessen the pain. I did as he said, bitting down on it as he cleaned the wounds.
He stopped, the cloth covered in blood as he wrapped a bandage with gorse around my wrist.
"We need to go help Dark okay?"I wordlessly nodded my head and followed him out my room towards Dark's room.
-----

"Dark, let us in" Mark yelled through the door, shaking the locked handle. Groans came through the door accompanied by loud sobs.
Dark isn't taking Anti's death lightly either ... I guess it finally hit him that he's gone. He'd believed in fairytale endings, that somehow Anti would live... But we all knew the truth. Mark sighed and slid down against the door. Burying his face in his hands.

"Dark, we're trying to help you... For us to do that, you need to let us in" Mark muffled through his hands. Crashing and thuds sounded through the door making us jump and worry for his safety.
It had been about a month now after the war... And of Anti losing his life. We all attended his funeral in the underworld, getting disgusted looks from the demons there... Guess because we were humans?
Dark had balled his eyes out which was understandable. We did our best to comfort him... But our best seemed like his worst.

"I don't want help! I want Anti back!" Dark screamed through the door. Mark and I groaned in annoyance.

"Dark, we can't do the impossible! Look do you want Jack to come in again?" Mark asked. Shaking my head I began silently begging him not to make me. Dark pretty much hugs me to death and drenches me in tears.
Mark gazed at me, shooting me a serious glance saying yes I have to. I whimpered but stopped when the door clicked, indicating it unlocked. Mark scurried to get out of the way of the door as it opened. Revealing a very broken Darkiplier. His flame hair had died down to barely a glow and was completely messed up like a rats nest, his body wasn't as muscular anymore, his red flame pupils were now a blue.
Dark sucked back snot, gazing at the floor beneath his feet. Wordless.

"You okay Darky?" I asked. Walking to his side and wrapping my arms around him. He choked back a sob and shook his head.
