Luke and Calum basically make me run to Biology. We get there with 2 minutes to spare but that's good because I have to give our teacher my note for missing a month. He looks at me and nods his head. I walk to my seat and then the bell rings. Like Luke said, he's behind me and Calum is beside him.
"Mr. Hemmings, I'm going to need you to give Miss Moore your notebook so she can catch up on her notes," says our biology teacher.
"But sir, she's not going to be able to read my handwriting," Luke says awkwardly.
"Then you're going to need to tell them what they say. Meet up with her after school one day or this weekend. She needs the notes by next Monday," He states.
He carries on with class and starts talking about stuff I don't know about. So, I zone out and before I know it the bell rings. I'm standing up and all I know is two girls come up to me and push me to the ground. I hit my head on a seat of a desk.
"I feel so bad for Luke. He has to see you outside of school. And by the way, I've already called dibs on him. Anyways he's wayyyy out of your league," Says a brunette girl with green eyes. She's laughing at me. But she's right. Luke runs over me.
"Maya! Are you okay?" He asks while getting down on his knees," your head is bleeding."
"I'm fine. Just help me up. I need to go to Economics," I say, trying to get myself up. He takes one of my hands and then grabs my side.
"I'm taking you home. You probably have a concussion or need stiches. Just let me take you home," Luke says, practically carrying me.
"I can't go home. My dad, he'll beat the shit out of me," I mumble.
"Let's go Princess," he says, letting go of my hand and grabbing my legs so he can carry me. I black out.
