unknown POV

"hay" Amanda whispered in my ear as i opened one of my eyes

"mm" i mumbled as i stretched becoming more alert and awake

"its snowing " Amanda said as she sat at the end of the queen size bed watching the double glass balcony doors with a smile on her face

"snow? hmm what a great way to start the day" i mumbled as i rolled over onto my side to watch the small snowflakes fall.

"its a perfect day to play in the snow" i mumbled as i pushed the sheets off and sat up

"don't get any ideas buddy, I'm not taking care of you when you get sick " Amanda said as she playfully slapped my chest and walked to the shower leaving the door open slightly

"tease " i mumbled as i walked towards the small kitchen in our temp apartment, as i put the coffee maker on i opened the single black laptop up checking the security camera footage around Jane Foster's temp SHEILD apartment.

"fuck" i yelled as i saw Foster, Thor, and her assistant leave her apartment with five guys following from a far distance

"there making there move !" i yelled running back into the room grabbing a pair of  dark blue denim jeans and a long sleeve gray shirt, by the time i finished slipping into my clothes Amanda was out of the shower in black jeans and a dark blue long sleeve top and my black jacket that made her slender figure look smaller.

"weapons in the car " i said as i quickly slipped on my black combat boots while Amanda slipped into a pair of black knee high boots.

it took us a matter of minutes to get to Fosters apartment

"ill do the perimeter i grunted out as i got of the car and quickly speed walked in the direction they where headed, the only place they could be headed to is the park.

"ally" i mumbled as i saw a man dressed in black duck into an ally

"roger" Amanda said as a snowball flow past me, i had to bite back my laugh as i saw the god of thunder being pelted with snowball.

"lets keep this quit" Amanda suggested as i reached the ally

"as you command " i said with a smile as i pulled out a knife from my back belt holster that was counseled by my other black jacket i was forced to bring and but on because a certain someone doesn't want me to get sick

"who's first " i said making my presence known as i stepped forward with the knife in my hand

"ahhh" i man yelled as he lunged at me, i quickly stabbed his chest and slit his throat making blood spray onto me. one the body hit the floor two more lunged at me.

it took me a mater of seconds to kill 3 of the 5 men, just as the other two pulled out their guns two knifes where thrown hitting them directly  in the chest cutting their major veins making them bleed out.

"someone should have warned them about bring a gun to a knife fight " Amanda said walking forward

"thanks, but i had everything under control " i said with a smirk

"busted"  i said as my smirk fell once i saw Jane Foster and her assistant watching us from the entrance of the ally with wide eyes and open mouths

"wha-crap" Amanda said once i turned her around so she could see what i was seeing. before anyone could say anything Thor appeared with shock written on his face
