Percy's POV

After my meeting with the Avengers I realised that from now until they were convinced I was not a terrorist, I wouldn't be able to use any of my powers. I couldn't take a chance with bringing out Riptide and I oh so dearly hoped no monsters would attack me just this once, to be honest, that was extremely unlikely.

I stepped into the apartment and was tackled by my mom. Blue cookies were baking in the oven and they smelled delicious.

"Hey mom," I said.

"I thought you were going to disappear on me again Percy."

"That was a one time thing. Or maybe twice. Point is I'm back and I'm not going anywhere. At least for now."

I had to say the at least for now part. If there was someone trying to unite Greek and Norse, but chances are I may be needed.

I sat at the table waiting for the cookies to finish baking when I felt like I was being watched. I quickly turned in my chair to see nothing except a bird flying outside my window.

I quickly pushed the feeling out of my mind thinking I was just being paranoid but I knew better than to not trust my gut.

"Hey mom. I think I'm going to go for a walk."

She nodded her head and I left to go outside.

I saw nothing but a wisp of fiery red hair disappear around a corner and it suddenly hit me that the Avengers were following me.

Man, they took their jobs seriously. Maybe a little too seriously if you asked me. I mean sure I may have blown a couple of stuff up but that does not mean I'm a terrorist. It simply means that I'm a Greek demigod son of Poseidon, lord of the sea, and I go on many dangerous quests that I may or may not have to blow some stuff up at times to save myself so I could save the world.

It's nothing really. They're just making a really big deal out of nothing much.

And Thor that drama queen hater, I wonder if he was in on it too.

A guy goes to the save the world, he comes back and is accused of being a terrorist with the Avengers all over you. I know I'm good looking but no need to be stalkerish.

I went back to my apartment and closed the door and ate my cookies cus why not.

All I have are the mightiest heroes on the Earth after me, so why not eat a cookie.

I looked out the window again and so no one but I k ew better than to believe that. These people had trust issues, very bad trust issues.

Midway through my cookie, thunder roared overhead and there was a knock at my door.

I stood and opened it and standimg there was no other than Thor.

"Um Percy," he said, "You need to come with me right now."

Tony's POV

After a while of watching the kidtalk to his mother and all that stuff.

He turned around in his chair. Luckily we dodged just in time.

Then he came out and I had just this slight feeling he saw us.

And by us, I mean Natasha and her stupid, bright and very obvious red hair.

We went into the alley and waited for Percy to go inside.

That was an extremely close call.

That's when the biggest, ugliest thing I have ever seen started to reigh terror on the city.

"What is that...thing?" Natasha asked.

Thor looked in the direction we were pointing and took of down the street saying something about getting help.

Usually, I would say we're the Avengers and can handle anything but  getting help seemed like a great idea.

We followed after Thor only to find him by Percy's door.

Too say we were confused was an understatement. Thor was consulting with a teenage terrorist. That traitor.

"Percy we need your help," we heard Thor saying as we rounded the corner.

"Hey you finally called me Percy instead of Perseus. It means a lot, thank you," Percy said.

"Perseus, get your pen and let's go," Thor said.

"Geez, I'm coming. Give me a sec, I need to tell my mom."

Percy disappeared into his apartment and chaous erupted. Not from the hideous creature but from none other than the Avengers.

"Thor are you insane?"

"You're consulting with a suspect of blowing things up."

"Actually, he's not a suspect. He did blow that whole list of things up."

"My friends, he will help us, well he'll really help me, kill that thing."

"The big ugly thing."

"Yes the big ugly thing."

"But how does a kid help us-"

"Me," Thor interjected.

"Sorry, you kill that thing?"

"Because we are the only one who can."

Percy returned later and we all went to face our doom.
