Background: In the year 2166 the world falls into a deep debt after investing into different kinds of electronics that fail when oil runs out. People rioted in the streets all over the world for the answers they had been looking for. With the stress between higher powers and citizens growing intensely, a group that refers to themselves as the ZCW and promises the people something that was studied many years ago.
Astrology is reintroduced and the citizens in the US overthrow the president and replaced with the ZCW. After 10 years, in 2176, the whole globe joins the ZCW plan and each country has 12 representatives, one for each sign. To fix the economic failure the committee cuts all costs and all money and people work for each other. Everyone is assigned a job based on a camp experience when they turn 17. +Explained more later+
