Melody's: POV
"When does daddy come home from Hawaii?" I asked. "Never!" said Daniel. "What?" I asked. "He'll stay there with his new boyfriend!" said papa coldly. "Kitty would never leave me!" I replied hurt. "His name is Tommy and he has lie to you!" said Daniel.
"He couldn't tell the truth becuase his friends was with him!" I replied. "Adam will end up in prison anyway!" said Daniel. "You will!" I replied.
Papa stopped the car and left me on the street. He started the engine and drove off.
Tears streamed down my face. "Papa, PAPA!!!" I screamed. But he never returned and I understood that he had abandoned me.
It started raining when I walked around the city and my feet hurt. I hugged my doll tightly and more tears came.
My stomach screamed out of hunger when I passed a candy store. A woman looked worried at me and I ran away.
I ran into a corner and I fell down on the ground of fatigue. I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

"Melody is with me!" said Ron. "How's she?" asked Leila worried. "She's exhausted, but fine!" he said. "Take care of her!" she replied. "I promise!" he said. "I have to call Adam and Tommy!" replied Leila and hung up.
"Where am I?" I asked confused. "My name is Ron Ratliff, Tommy's dad!" he said. "I'm Melody Lambert!" I replied. "I know!" he said with a smile.
He made warm soup to me and I had dry clothes on me. He was very kind and funny.
"Can I call you grandpa?" I asked. "Yes!" said Ron. "Papa abandoned me!" I replied sadly. "We have hunted Daniel for seven years, but he always manage to escape!" said Ron. "Are you a police?" I asked and he nodded.
"I miss my daddy and Kitty!" I sobbed. "Your grandma will call them and they'll come back!" he said. "Do you promise?" I asked. "On my honor!" said Ron.
I hugged him and he hugged me back. "I love you grandpa!" I replied. "I love you too!" he said.
How can you be so cruel to an innocent child? Daniel deserves life imprisonment.
