Chapter 14: Three words

Rose POV

I've been running for almost five minutes to get to my first class where i am now late. I couldn't fall asleep last night because i keep on remembering what happened last night.

"Jimin I don't know i-" i was cut off when he move closer until were only inches apart and he starts to caress my cheeks using his right hand like he used to before and said the words i've been wanting to hear.

"I love you Rose. I still do. I'm still crazy inlove with you" he said those words as he looks me in the eyes and i can feel my heartbeat going faster and i feel like i'm the happiest girl in the world. He loves me and i believe him. I can see it in his eyes how he looks at me, just like before. 

"Jimin I'm not ready yet."

"You dont love me?"

"No, its not that. I like you Jimin a lot. Its just that love is too much but its not that i dont want you or anything. For now i'm still not ready"

"Okay. I understand. Go home now, you must be sleepy. I'll see you tomorrow." he said as he try to smile

"Goodnight Jimin"

"Goodnight Rose. Dream of me" i cant help but smile at what he said.

I was lucky that our teacher for our first class was absent. Everything has been back to normal. The festival was finished yesterday and i must say our booth earned a lot. Today we will know who will win the Best Booth of the Year. All of the participants are now in social hall for the awarding.I'm also here with my classmates.

"So for our main event The Best Booth of the Year. Who will take home the title? But first i will tell you the privilege that you can get. First of course the title and the second you will get 100$ in cash for your section and the last is you will not pay the fee for the dance this coming friday. How's that?" the mc said and i'm nervous its what we've been waiting for and i must say the prizes are not bad.

"So for third place section Diamond!"  i was shocked when they were called they are one of the sucessful booths and they're only third.

"And the second place goes to Athena!"

"And for the Best Booth of the Year goes to the section who exceeded our expectation and made us proud. Congratulations Emerald." and when the MC said our section i was shock and i cannot understand what happen if it weren't for Jisoo hugging telling me we won. And then i cant help but smile all our hardwork had pay off and we all went to the stage for the picture and awards.

In the middle of picture taking with my classmates i suddenly felt like crying, sometimes i'm really sensitive even though its not big of deal. I walk away from them to hid my tears when i felt someone touch my back and asked "are you ok?"

I turn around to see who it was and it was Jungkook. I just smile at him and said i'm fine but then he asked me again and i dont know what happen to me but i just felt crying and i dont even know why. So i cried in front of me, and was shocked when he pulled me into a hug but rather than feel uncomfortable i felt home.

"Cry all you want,Sweetheart" he said as i felt him pat my head. I cry for couple of minutes and then my friends come over to me and they were the ones who's conforting me. They were laughing at me because of my tears and i cant help but agree to them, even i think its weird. Maybe its because we won and all the hardships we went through.

Later on our adviser announce that we'll be having an eat out since we won and were going to karaoke.  After all the class has finished i went to my locker to put some of my stuff and saw Jimin there.

He wanted to walk me home but i said no since i have plans. I cant ignore my attraction to him.

We just finish eating out and were all here at a karaoke and my classmates are going wild. Some are dancing,singing,eating etc. And its fun, like our own way of relaxing since we've been working hard for the festival. Later on our adviser asked me and Jungkook to sing a song.

Jungkook looks at me and give me his hand like his asking me for a dance.

"Shall we, my lady?" i cant help but chuckle and  blush at the same time. I took his hand and he gave me the mic and our classmates starts to cheer for us. We sang the song Some by Soyou x Jungigo and it was really fun.  We spent almost two hours at karaoke and we started to go home. I was suppose to have a ride with Jisoo but Jinyoung already took her home so i ended up having no ride.

I was waiting for a taxi when Jungkook show up.

"You waiting for someone?"

"Yes, for a taxi actually."

"I'll give you a ride"  he said and i look at him suspiciously

"You can't drive yet."

"Yes, but i have Uber on the way"

"Are you sure? Won't the fair go up?"

"There's nothing to worry about. Besides i cant leave a beautiful girl all alone in the streets" he said as he smile and stand beside me. Then he said something strange.

"Three words and eight letters. When will i have the courage to say those words"
