Chapter 15: Let the Games Begin

Rose POV

Then he said something strange.

"Three words and eight letters. When will i have the courage to say those words"

I look at him wondering what's he trying to say. He just smile at me then look at the street in front of us.

" I met a girl two years ago, she was beautiful i mean she still is. And i knew i got a crush on her but her looks is not the reason why i fell for her. She was really kind and smart, and then we became classmates and it was the happiest thing that happened to me." he said and i can see glint in his eyes as he was talking. Then he stopped talking and i look at him and i can now see sadness in his eyes.

"Then what happened?"

"Well she had a crush on someone else then eventually they started dating and i didnt even get a chance to tell her what i feel."

"Then what about now?I mean are they still together? You know maybe you can steal her away if they're not dating or anything. Maybe you have a chance now." i said as i encourage him and smile at him. I feel sad for him, i know how much it hurts to watch the one you like just pass by. Before Jimin knew what i felt for him,it was a sad love. I mean he is my inspiration and i'm happy that i can see him but sad that were not together and sad that he doesnt know i exist.

"I think they're getting back together though"

"What if they're not?"

"You think she can fall for me too?"

"Of course, i mean youre handsome, kind, smart and gentleman. That is what girls want. When she sees all this, she will fall for you and you two will live happily ever after. And dont forget to serenade her, girls like that kind of romantic things besides you got a voice of an angel" i said as i try to encourage him to confess his love for the girl. That girl must be lucky, i mean its been two years since Jungkook like her and until now its still the same. I hope they can have a happy ending, i think Jungkook will treat her well.

But he just chuckled at  my response and said "You're cute"

"I'm serious Jungkook, how will you know if its nots going to work out when you haven't even try? I think you should give your best and expect for worst. At least you tried"

"Really?Then Rose will you be my girl?"

What?

"I dont understand what you're trying to say. "

"You said i should try right. Then i will, i've been keeping it to myself because i know you and Jimin had a relationship and you've been distant from everyone before. I dont want to overwhelm you. I lo-like you Rose a lot. And i mean it. Im scared of you rejecting me that's why i never try." he said and i can see sincerity in his eyes and he was blushing, i cant help but feel flutter with what he said and shocked.

"I can't,I'm sorry Jungkook. I dont want to hurt you. You're a good guy and you deserve someone better than me" i can't help but feel sorry for him. I mean he's nice and all its just that there's Jimin.

He just chuckled and said "You're more than enough Rose."

I felt my heart beating fast for a second there i wanted to say yes to him. I felt butterlies in my stomach.

"I cant im sorry." is all i can say to him, few seconds later Jungkook's uber came.

"You're not dating anyone right now, so i decided that i will still pursue you. No matter what happens. Let the games begin."

"Jungkook plea-"

"Its my feelings Rose, im not forcing you to feel the same but i will make sure that you will soon fall for me.The Uber is here, go home and rest well. Goodnight Sweetheart take care." he said as he pushed me into the car  and paid the driver, i was shocked that it was already going at my address. I mean how come Jungkook know this?Is he a stalker or something?

When i went home i just took a shower and sleep, thinking that all that Jungkook said to me wasn't true.
