Scott the true alpha is now nine months pregnant with Derek Hale's twins. Scott and Derek haven't been talking too much because Derek is always with the pack fighting the pack is: Void Stiles, Isaac, Jackson, Ethan Liam, Theo, Mila, and Lydia.
Scott's P.O.V
I woke up to another empty bed I don't care  anymore. I got up used the bathroom while I got ready he saw a note, everyday Derek leaves a love letter for me today's letter was on the mirror in the bathroom

Dearest Scott, It is Derek I am so very sorry that I am not there. You know that I am with the pack fighting I really want to be there with you and our pups. Scott I love you SO MUCH! But I need to fight for our safety.

I sighed putting the letter in a book with the other ones. I had been getting these pains since yesterday I couldn't tell Derek because he is always out with the pack fighting. Also Derek always leaves his phone at the  house so I  just thought it was Braxton Hicks. I walked into the hall to the stairs then to the kitchen. I opened the fridge to eat breakfast I saw my favorite craving pickles, and marshmallow fluff. I opened the two eating my breakfast when I finished I felt a very strong Braxton Hick. It hurt so bad that I dropped the two jars causing pickle juice to cover the kitchen floor. After three minute I felt an other one I tried to walk to living room to call Mom. I ran to the sofa there was Derek's phone on the coffee table. I unlocked went to contacts clicked on my Mom's name on the third ring she picked up (Y/N Bold- Scott Italics-Melissa)
Melissa- "Derek what is wrong? Is Scott okay? Are you okay?"
Scott- "Mom it is Scott no I am not okay I keep on feeling these pains in my stomach."
Melissa- "Okay I can't leave work now Deathon is doing a surgery on a pet. He said it would take lo-" Scott yelled out in pain* "Okay Scott I am going to call the pack to help you just breathe in and out." *Scott copied her breathing*
Scott- "Okay hurry please Mom."
Melissa- "Okay Scott don't worry you and the twins are going to be alright."

Third P.O.V
The pack just finished fighting some wolves from another pack. Void Stiles who was not turning back Stiles asked
" Uhh Guys you might need to chain me again." Lydia looked at him with wide eyes she said
" Guys check your phones." Every one but Derek, and Mila checked Jackson said
" Three missed call from Melissa and eight from Derek." Everyone looked at Derek he told them
" My phone is at the house with...Scott." He yelled at them
" How many missed calls do you all have?" Lydia said
" Three from Melissa ten from Derek."
Liam, and Theo said at the same time
" Same." Ethan said
" Two from Melissa nine from Derek." Isaac said
" Twenty from Melissa twenty-four from Derek." Then Void Stiles said
" Guys I think I broke the record. I have thirty-five from Melissa and fifty-eight from Derek." Derek said
" Well let's go to the house and see what is wrong with Scott." They started running from the woods to the pack house. They got there to see Scott on the living room floor with his legs wide open. There was blood all over the floor Derek said
" Oh My God Scott." Scott opened his eyes and turned his head to his left to see the pack. He said
" Thank goodness I thought you all wouldn't come AHHHHH!" Derek ran to his mate he held his bloody left hand. Lydia got in front of Scott's but hole. Isaac held his right hand Jackson, and Ethan got supplies. Liam and Theo went to the the dinning room which had somethings for the twins. Void Stiles, and Mila went to the basement to chain Stiles up so he can control Void (Y/N I'm an hard core Sterek fan I don't really like Mila too much. But since I love all of you guys I did that.) Lydia told Scott
" I can see the head so push." Scott put his chin to his chest and pushed Isaac counted down
" 10..9..8..7..6..5..4..3..2..1" Scott threw his head back Derek caught it Scott closed his eyes. Derek told him
" Come on Scott push again." Scott yelled as his pushed
" AHHHHHH." Isaac counted
" 7..6..5..4..3..2..1" Scott threw his head back again he was breathing heavily Derek told him " Come on the head is out and it looks prefect." Scott smiled and asked
" Did you take a picture?" Derek told him
" Yes like a billion." They both smiled Lydia said
" Give me another push Scott." Scott pushed Isaac counted
" 10..9..8..7..6..5..4..3..2..1" Lydia told him
" Okay Scott the head and the neck is out. But the shoulder are going to hurt so give me small pushes okay." Scott nodded and pushed Isaac counted
" 5..4..3..2..1" The first shoulder popped out Scott yelled
" OWWWWW." Tears stated to stream down his sweaty face. Derek told him
" Okay the first one is out come on do the last one Scott." Scott breathed in right when he was going to push Lydia told him
" All you have to do is push the last one out then I will pull the rest out." Scott nodded his pushed while Isaac counted
" 5..4..3..2..1" more tears rolled down his cheeks Lydia looked up to her left to see Jackson holding a yellow blanket she told Scott when she finished pulling the first baby
" Okay congrats you got a baby boy." Lydia put the screaming baby boy on Scott's chest while Jackson wiped the bloody baby boy. Scott looked down at his baby smiling he looked up at Derek who was crying as well. Scott told Derek
" Isn't he so cute?" Derek told Scott
" Our son the next true alpha is not cute his handsome." Scott rolled his eyes then closed them and said
" I-I think baby B really wants to meet us." Jackson picked up the baby and walked down the hall to Liam, and Theo. Lydia said
" Okay Scott you know what to do." Isaac counted
" 10..9..8..7..6..5..4..3..2..1" Scott kept on going Derek told him
" Scott breathe." He stopped Lydia smiled and said
" Good job Scott the head is out if you give me like three more then baby B will be here." Scott did an other one Lydia said
" Okay remember for the shoulders give me small pushes." Scott said
" I-I can't I am way too tired." More tears rolled down his cheeks. Derek wiped them he told Scott
" Yes you can you did once you can sure a hell do it again." Scott squeezed their hands and pushed. After three pushes Lydia said
" Aww you guys have one baby girl to love." She placed the baby on Scott's chest while Ethan wiped the baby with an other yellow blanket. Scott cried again Lydia got up Isaac followed her to clean up. Derek told Scott
" Give her to Ethan so you can get cleaned up." Scott nodded he gave her to Ethan. Derek got up he grabbed Scott's two hands they slowly walked to the dinning room. Scott smiled when he saw his twins the girl in Liam's arms, and the boy in Theo's hands. Scott walked to Theo he took him while Derek took the girl the both sat in chair next to each other with the pack looked at the two. The two looked down at their pups Derek asked
" Scott we need names." Scott looked at Derek and said
" You can give him a first name and give her a middle name and I would do the same." Derek nodded the two looking the baby in their arms. Scott said
" For her first name how about Jasmine?" Derek looked at her and said
" Ya Jasmine Emery McCall-Hale I like it." Scott looked at the boy and asked
" How about for this future alpha?" Derek said
"Nathaniel." Scott told him
" Nathaniel Axel McCall-Hale, and Jasmine Emery McCall-Hale I love it." The happy couple looked at each other and kissed.
