He has hover arms, a fan on his chest and a plug on his back.
The fan works and you can turn it on or off with a switch located on his leg.
The faster the fan goes, the stronger Fannus gets.
But it also eats a lot of energy.
He's a tsundere.
Serious, doesn't talk that much and obeys humans and only humans.
He can float, and is part of Xenovia's universe.
