Kai hugged me back "aweeee Lisha don't cry, come in and tell me everything, i'm here for you don't worry" we walked upstairs and sat on my bed and as I sobbed he was holding my hands and comforting me "he is going t-t-to cheat on me Kai! and with my best friend" I stuttered and sobbed "look Alisha, i'm here for you and you dont have to go through this alone" he said whilst comforting me "kai?" I asked "yes Alisha" he replied "can you stay over tonight?" I pleaded "okay but can we walk back to mine to grab my things quickly?" he wondered "of course Kai" I added. Kai has always been there for me through the hardest times in my life and I think one of them is now and luckily Kai only lives down the road from me so that's good.
"I just want someone to trust and who I can love" I said sadly, Kai just nodded. "let's go and get your things shall we and also I can get some head space" I told him "yeah" he replied.
I closed the house door behind me and we walked down the street "Kai" I looked at him "I need to let Jake go don't I?" I said questioninly "do you want truth or lie?" he said "I want the truth" I added back "I think you need to let him go and you need to get someone who will be loyal and trustworthy" he replied. I thought about it for a moment, I am going to let him go.
Kai opened his house door and at that point I feel comforted and all the memories come flowing back. And one memory indeed.... The kiss
we were playing around in here when we were 10 and Kai kissed me and it felt good and I had nothing to worry about and all I want to do is go back to that exact time. "kiss me" I blurted out "what?" Kai replied confused "I said Kiss me" I looked at Kai who was coming closer to me "let me close the door Alisha" he said "okay" I added. Kai closed the door. He took my hand and led me into the living room where it was exactly as I remember "I don't want to think of anything else but us right now" I looked into his eyes "do you really want to do this Alisha?" he asked "go for it, I don't want to think about Jake anymore, I wan't to think about what's good for me and this is what I need right now" I said as I concentrated on his reply "okay, anything for you my princess" he winked at me.
One of his arms was oon my waist and one of them on my face, he slowly come closer to me and I closed my eyes getting ready for what was about to happen and before I knew it I was playing with his hair as he kissed me passionetly and it just felt so right, nothing about it felt like cheating... at least not after what Jake has put me through. I just wanted to stay like this forever in this exact moment but I knew I couldn't. As he pulled away I didnt want it to end "again?" I asked "Alisha, maybe in your house? my whole family is here right now and I don't want them to catch us" he replied "okay Kai" I added.
When we got back to my place I locked the front door and in hope that there was nothing from Jake on my phone. Me and Kai walked back up to my room. "thank you" I said to Kai whilst hugging him "for what?" he asked "the kiss" I said whilst smiling "well anything for you Alisha" he smiled and quickly kissed me again, I smiled and looked down at my phone, I looked on Jake's snapchat story and it had a photo of him kissing Nicole's cheek with the caption saying
With her <3
I turned off my phone, put it on the bedside cabinate and turned to Kai who was sitting on my bed looking at me. "it's over" I sobbed, Kai came over to me and picked me up in a hug and placed me on the bed and put the quilt over me and whispered in my ear "be right back" I could hear him unchanging behind me and putting on a clean pair of boxer.
He came around the other side of the bed and I could see his six pack and him in his boxers "get into bed please, you must be cold" I said to him whilst sniffling "okay" he replied and got into my bed and was cuddling me as I cried myself to sleep.... I could feel his warm breath on my ear and he whispered "goodnight Alisha sweetie"
