The Wrong Choice

Chapter 4 pt.2

"but why Alisha?" He asked me

"Not much time to explain but Jake is coming over in 5 mins and also I don't want you to leave so can you just hide in the bathroom please?" I replied

"Can I just go downstairs?" he asked

"yeah... a good idea" I said

"okay so get downstairs and I will come down and open the door when he gets here" I told Kai

"Okie dokie" Kai replied

I watched as Kai walked downstairs and I thought, I need to be brave, I can do it and I need to break up with him but then at the same time I kinda love the drama

*Knock Knock* the front door went

I walked down the stairs and I could see Kai sitting down on the sofa watching youtube, I walked straight over to the door and I grabbed the keys, slotted them into the keyhole and unlocked the door, I put the keys back on the hook and opened the door to see Jake standing there.

"come in" I said to him as I waved my hand into the house

I watched as he walked into my house and I closed the door

"You wanted to ta- " he stopped talking as he seen Kai sitting on the sofa

"What the heck is he doing here?!" Jake hissed at me

"Well I thought it was ok considering you were hanging out with my BEST FRIEND and kissing her on the cheek and posting it on snapchat for everyone to see, including me because let's not forget I have you on nearly every single social media platform" I said with an angry tone in my voice and crossing my arms continuing to glare at him

"Look, she made me post that, she said she didn't like you anymore and that it was one way to get you of her back" he replied seriously

"but she is my be-" I started speaking but I couldn't hear the TV anymore and the sound of footsteps coming closer to us. I looked over at Kai's direction and he was coming closer. I began to speak again as I was interrupted by Kai

"why would you do what that girl wants, you clearly have a say in the matter but you chose to hurt your girl and I dont get why, look I am pretty sure a boyfriend's role is to make their girl feel loved and protected like mate I would do that, I would not go around hurting her, your most definitely not supposed to hurt your girl in any way emotionally and 100% not physically. What I can't understand is why you would do that like look at her mate, she loves you and she knew you were a player but she saw something in you enough to make her stick with you and love you, you have got an amazing girl here who loves you.. like I just said because otherwise, she wouldn't have spent the whole of last night crying over you but yet you would like to side with a girl who wants to hurt her... bit of a douche move there mate"

I smiled at Kai's words as he complimented me and I got butterflies in my stomach but sadly Kai was to busy to notice. I quickly looked back at Jake to see his reply. He opened his mouth like he was going to talk but he quickly closed it as a smug look started to appear on his face

"Ok, first of all let's stop with the whole MATE thing yeah because you are not my MATE and also Alisha, you are not my girl anymore, your acusing me of cheating when I can see the fucking lipstick stains on your little lover boy's face over here, I aint no player and to be honest I do not care if you love me or not because I really don't love you... goodbye Alisha, have fun with that guy because you clearly like him more than me" He said with anger in his voice

"Well, I guess this is goodbye Jake" I said sadly as my voice withered at the end, I took a quick breathe in and swallowed as I felt a lump form in throat. I could feel my eyes start to form tears but I blinked them away and ignored the throbbing pain in my throat, begging me to just let it all out as I looked up sadly at Jake. He just doesn't know how much pain he has really caused me, all I want to do is to just cry but I need to stand my ground. I would look weak if I just let it all out in front of him.
