so for this one you are a villan! i love villan reader
im going to make your quirk time manipulation so pretty much what you can do is slow down time, you can't speed it up, but you can also pick places/things that you want to freeze in time as well it only lasts for a certain amount of time (i just finished sailor moon crystal and i'm LIVING for sailor pluto she's my queen so this is inspired by her)
also everyone in this story is older probably around 18-20?

It was a foggy, dewy morning. The city was hidden within the mirage-like mist, it was almost impossible to see two inches in front of yourself. The sun hadn't poked through yet but the ink of night was slowly fading. You weren't sure what the goal of your day was, but you felt the need for a change of scenery. Life was much of a drag to you, fighting heroes got boring after doing it for so long. Sure, the adrenaline was one thing and you liked being well known, even if it was for the wrong reasons, but after years of being caught up in the thrill of it all, you were slowly starting to question what your purpose was. Were you here to fight for what you believed in or were you just doing it for some sick pleasure? As it stood, both of those answers sufficed.
You hadn't seen one person since you began your walk and you'd prefer to keep it that way. You were still being cautious however, humans are sneaky creatures. Your pace quickened as you finally vaguely saw the place you were looking for, a small isolated section of the beach. You knew this part of the beach like the back of your hand, you came here all the time to train or clear your mind. You enjoyed this part the best because it was secluded enough that the normal beach goer wouldn't find you and also because the water was so clear you could practically see the bottom. Expecting to see the same scenery, your lips curled into a small smile you couldn't wait to sit and listen to the waves crashing softly against the rocks.
However, you didn't expect someone to already be there.
Your instincts instantly kicked in and you took refuge behind a small shrub, who the hell is here? Realistically you could use your quirk to peek at the person, but your playful side wanted to figure it out without it. From what you could see through the fog, they appeared to be male with a strong build. You needed to get closer if you wanted to see more defining details but you had to be skillful about it. Using the fog to your advantage, you slunk away from the shelter of the shrub out into the open. Your stealth was near perfect but you couldn't let your ego get the best of you here, it would slip you up.
Your breath quickened as you were getting closer to the mysterious figure, it appeared as if they were training? From here you were able to see they had green hair, an interesting color , you thought to yourself. His fist met with a rock and you watched in awe as it shattered to small pieces. You were up against a formidable foe, a sly smirk crept up on your lips.
Izuku couldn't help but feel like there was someone watching him. He didn't know whether it was him just being paranoid or he was right. He peered over his shoulder but alas, just like many times before there was no one there. He liked to come to this area during the early mornings, it was secluded enough for him to practice his training without people bombarding him. Being a pro-hero was difficult, especially because he really never got alone time. He rarely ever saw his friends and he rarely did things for himself anymore. So, this place was a small paradise for him.
You were so close to him now that you could make out who he was, a pro-hero. The universe was just against you, wasn't it? He was pretty famous especially for a relatively new face. You decided that scaring the piss out of him wouldn't be good, but it would be funny nonetheless. You crouched low to the ground, trying to eliminate any sounds you would make. You had him in your sights as you inched closer to him, but to your dismay he vanished. Heart beating quicker, your brain wracked through a bunch of possible scenarios. Your eyes scanned the beach wildly, where the fuck did he go? You sighed in annoyance, this definitely wasn't in the plans for today.
You heard something rustle behind you but you were too late to react, something or rather someone tackled you to the ground, pinning you underneath them. You coughed roughly as the impact knocked the wind out of your lungs, you could just feel the bruise forming on your back. Your eyes met a pair of determined green ones, and a face full of freckles. You watched as his eyes widened, "You-you are.."
"Beautiful, charming, talented?"
"A villain."
You sneered, "Hello pro-hero Deku, it's nice to finally meet you." His eyes searched your face for something you were unsure about. The look in his eyes was wild, he wasn't letting you go, in-fact his grip tightened around your arms. You winced in pain, "What are you doing in my spot?"
He look at you quizzically, his head almost instinctively cocking to one side. He started to answer but changed the course of his words, "I don't have to answer to the likes of you, (Y/V/N)." He was fast in his actions, letting go of your arm and raising a fist to meet with your face. But you were quicker, you used your quirk to freeze his fist mid air and to freeze the rest of him. You slithered up from underneath him as his face resulted in anger, "I'm happy you know my name, but someone didn't do their homework on villains, you shouldn't just stick to learning about pro-heroes."
You leaned in close enough to fill your nose with his scent, it was a mix of a cedar and something sweet. You drew your eyes up to meet his once more, a beautiful sea of emerald. You furrowed your eyebrows, what kind of thought was that? You would scold yourself later about that, but what was important was you only had a certain allotted amount of time to deal with this. "What can I do to you that will show you not to come to my spot anymore?" You placed a finger under his chin, his skin was soft to the touch. You hadn't had human contact in a while, the feeling of his skin sent a shiver down your spine.
Izuku was at a loss for words, he underestimated your strength and it was true he hadn't read up on you. He had been so busy with his work that he had neglected his favorite hobby, he tried to wrack his brain for any information that he had on you. A thought entered his mind that he swore he heard your quirk only lasted for so long or if used to maximum power it would led to internal bleeding. That was the only whim to go on but for now, he was powerless against you. Though for some reason, he wasn't scared. In fact he was curious about you. How could a villain be so charming and beautiful?
