Theo really isn't the most sensitive person. He doesn't care about other people's feelings, and he definitely doesn't get along well with other people. He's a snob, and he's completely aware of it. Born and raised in the royal household, Theo has never had to do so much as lift a finger for himself. Spoiled in every single way, he has servants who dress him, feed him, bathe him, and do pretty much everything else for him; after all, it'd be a tragedy if the prince so much as broke a nail. In an odd way, Theo is naive and innocent, clueless about how the world really works. Unfortunately, with the way that the world works, Theo will probably never get any exposure to reality... unless something changes, that is.

Theo pretty much lived the perfect royal life. He was raised by nannies in the palace, quite literally fed from a golden spoon. Now that he's older... he still lives in the palace and is fed from golden spoons.
